That old hag working the pharmacy is the main reason they have such terrible service. She is probably the rudest woman I have ever met. She always has an attitude at the window. Makes snarky remarks. Rolls her eyes. She needs to be fired because customer service is not her forte.

They have "lost" my prescriptions multiple times. Usually not stocked with the prescriptions needed. Many times I had to call with a hand written prescription and describe it in detail because they "never received" the electronic version sent by the pediatrician. The employees behind the counter seem completely out of it and lost. Sometimes I worry their ratios are off, but with limited in-network options, I am stuck sending prescriptions here. I have started paying out of pocket at the walgreens down the street.
