By happenstance I wandered into Cutting Edge Flooring Services on Beechmont Avenue. We wanted to update our old black and gold motif with a new clean fresh updated entryway. After speaking to Tony about his business, team and their process I felt very confident to request a bid to replaced our stairwell runner and front entryway rug.The teams attention to detail, high quality of service and follow up were amazing. We just completed our second installation of flooring with Cutting Edge Flooring Services. First was a first floor wood floor installation in September 2023 and this week a second floor replacement of 5 rooms with carpet and hallway/staircase with wooden flooring. From the first interface, CE Flooring Services has been exceptional in every aspect of their focus on customer needs and service.Listening to our desires, formulating a plan with their expertise and knowledge, designing the flooring together with their superior products, delivering on time, installing with skilled and caring personnel, continuously communicating and checking in to insure our goals were met and finally cleaning up as though they were never here. After multiple trips to and inflated estimates from other flooring stores, we found Tony at Cutting Edge Flooring. Tony and his crew were great to work with! Tony was very patient with us and helped us make the right decision on our flooring needs. He made a flooring suggestion that none of the other flooring stores offered, and that was the one we went with.Tony quickly came out to measure our space. His measurements were 100% accurate to my measurements of the space, unlike other companies that grossly over measured to inflate the cost. He ordered the material and quickly completed the installation. To my surprise, the high-quality installation was done in one day. The installers were very pleasant to work with and took pride in their work.We have already scheduled for Tony and his crew to refinish our first-floor hardwood floors. Obviously, we would highly recommend Cutting Edge Flooring for your future flooring needs.

After visiting many flooring outlets in the Cincinnati area I am so glad I was so glad I happened upon Cutting Edge. You should forget the big box stores where if you can find help they may or may not know what they are doing. The selection is also. meager. It totally isnt worth going anywhere else because Cutting Edge prices are competitive for product and installation. The floor I selected is an absolutely beautiful good quality laminate that looks like beautiful wood, but it is pet friendly. Cutting Edge has the biggest selection of any store I visited with the best quality.

We had a moderately large project at our Church and very high expectations. Cutting Edge surpassed anything we could have hoped for and were great to work with from start to finish. They even went so far as to point out a quality issue on some trim product that nobody expected. They could have kept this to themselves and chances are nobody on our end would have been the wiser. Instead they contacted us immediately and a much better solution was found. I cannot give higher praise to these guys- they were terrific.
