Best customer service in the city. The guys are extremely knowledgeable on herbs and supplements. My favorite store to visit and purchase teas and bitter herbs. One of the store clerks told me everything in the store is alkalined and there products have not gone thru any radiation.

This is a well curated heath food store, that always has all I ever need…I have no idea how they do it in such a small yet beautiful space. It is family run and always happy to special order cases of any items I want to buy in bulk - giving an automatic 10% discount on them. CNF is truly a community asset.

I shop here weekly. One of the two owners, Bob & Aline, are almost always there to provide outstanding service. Their staff also are outstanding. They will custom order items for you when possible. Great offerings. There is free parking behind the store that you can access via Teleford Avenue from Ludlow Ave. Or park in the business district lot off of Howell Avenue.

Great selection of items and produce. I love their juice and herb selection. However, the customer service is hot and cold. One day, they may greet you when you come in, and the next, they may just stare at you and not say one word.

The staff are polite and helpful, and the produce is fresh, but the prices are high and selection is very limited. The meat freezer is small and not at all fresh, but if you're looking for organic and local food, this is the place to go. Just expect to pay a lot.

I can’t afford to fully grocery shop here but it’s a fun store to visit if you want a healthy snack and they have a lot of rare and local food items. I just wish the bulk herbs were organic like they USED to be years ago, not even a single organic option available. Consuming pesticides and other various toxic agricultural chemicals is not very therapeutic and it is also very misleading that a “health” foods store is advocating the use of such.I feel I should also mention that if you are not white (Caucasian) or if you are perceived as someone who doesn’t have a lot of money, your visit will be very uncomfortable, entailing one of the owners following you around the store. I stopped there one day all dressed up because I was on my way to an event and for the first time I wasn’t followed, then I realized it was because I had dressed “white” that day. It’s a very white-privileged atmosphere curated by the owners themselves. BLM!

Overall it's a nice store albeit a tad expensive. The only thing I get from here are things from the bulk foods & bulk spices sections. I usually don't buy anything there that comes in a package. I'll occasionally buy a few items to put together a quick lunch like the ready made sandwiches and teas from the refrigerator. It's a godsend if you're a vegetarian student at UC.

Kinda pricy and I don't care for a lot of the pseudoscience snake oil they sell, but it's the only place in walking distance to get vegetarian staples and spices. I will say the spices are an excellent value, they sell local products, and I've only dealt with very polite staff.

I love this store. I am vegan and they usually carry things most stores don't in terms of vegan items. They will also special order products for you. I am obsessed with Go Foods line of vegan candy bars, which CNF ordered upon my request. Thanks!

Pretty expensive but if you have the means it is a nice compliment to the neoborhood with plenty of healthy food options, some fresh, packaged or frozen. Plenty of vitamins and supplements if that's your thing. Nice staff as well fairly knowledgeable.

Very rude owner, she locked her door and treats customers like biohazards. My business was turned away after showing documentation of my medical exemption against wearing a mask. She acted in violation of both Ohio State law and governor Dewine's order, as well as the ADA. I could file charges against her as I've done in the past with the Ohio civil rights commission, but as a small business owner in a high rent area, she'll be out of business soon anyways. Not the smartest business practice to say the least.
