This store had exactly what I needed I know big lots has great clearance but this one specifically had like 100 clearance isles was awesome. Worker was fast had good etiquette can't wait to return

It always seems like even if the entire bin of things in front of the price tag that's housed on the shelf was at the store just so items says that I'm on sale but it never seems to ring up like that it's probably a good handful of stores around me that are like that but that's one thing that will totally turn me off from a store if I get home and realize that I paid way too much money for something that I expected to find on sale it's the most frustrating return you ever have to do and he was likely you just won't get around to it if you have any type of busy life. Sound like you're off work for 3 months annually or something like that or you somehow actually take your time buying stuff and have a tiny bit of time maybe if you have babysitters lined up Marissa miracle like that...... In all reality it really really makes the store unacceptable however... I love you some BIG LOTS! SO HALF THUMBS UP HAVE THUMBS DOWN FOR ME!ALSO, For those of us you cannot stand any type of ignorance or just failure to even thrive, this may be a smidging of an issue. Don't expect any of the associates, managers or shift leaders or Employee /Associate of Big LOTS or whomever may They're really sweet and everything but but they just don't have any knowledge ofp anything that's really happening in the store or as far as any type of question goes to be quite honest....

First time at this location. Clean and organized. Staff was warm and friendly. Was looking at the sectionals and Bob helped to answer all my questions. He was courteous, quick to answer my questions, and just a very pleasant gentleman. NOT PUSHY. At check out, Tricia's customer service was topnotch. She immediately asked if I wanted to sign up for your rewards program, and when I had a question that she was unsure of...she quickly got me the answer.I work in retail myself, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the standard of customer service the staff gave.

It's definitely a place that I am not used to going on a regular basis. I'm not really sure what their focus is and how things are organized. It seems like over the years they're great prices have turned into mediocre ones.

Changed somewhat. They have more furniture than they ever did before. However, I'm not sure if it's discounted or not. Seems the prices are the same as some of the local furniture stores.

The 2 guys in the furniture department were very helpful and friendly. We bought 2 recliners and they helped us by going in the back checking inventory and then helping me load them into my truck. We had a good experience and we were very satisfied with the service.

Not a lot in the store. They have no school/office supplies, general crafts beyond seasonal, not much automotive. It wasn't that they were sold out, they don't carry it. What they did have was stocked and organized. The store was spacious and clean, employees were nice. LOTS of furniture.

It's not Toys R Us anymore :(That aside, Big Lots was a good addition to the area. Cheap furniture, but perfect for if you're renting nearby or need something fast. A decent selection of seasonal things here as well, and surprisingly a station to rent carpet cleaners!

First left my wallet on a shelf and thankfully an employee pointed it out to me. Second, I was cashing out and the cashier informed me of discounts I didn't know were available. I've spent around $1500 in the last few days and am so pleased with all my purchases. Wonderful customer service....thank you!!

Hadn't been in there in a while since it's not close to my home. Felt things were quite higher in price than used to be, inflation I guess, went back to Meijer and found item cheaper.

My hubby bought me a 2 pack . Cute, but I was needing then for sweat while working. Well the sweat kept rolling into my eyes. So as far as working as a sweat band , I give it one star. Holding hair back it works okay , not great but okay. So not really thrilled with the sweaty bands .😣 sweat inmy eyes.

Tags on the shelf for items did not reflect at register they were more by a dollar or more. Two identical items purchased each item had identical packaging however each item rang up at different prices. Wanted to purchase curtains however there is no exchange or return on clearance items so I did not purchase items because of that.

I have bought a lot of stuff from big lots.. never any problem.. I just bought a really nice Broyhill sectional couch.. anything similar elsewhere was $1000+ moré.. check it out, you will be surprised

I was looking for furniture and a bed for my son who will be leaving for college in the fall. I got him a queen pillow top and a couch set and some other odds and ends and was out the door at $1300.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had to wait force for help...we were the only ones in the store. Something to work on, Big Lots!

Several days ago, I went in to see the furniture. Loved the comfort and style of a loveseat. Heidi helped me and she was FANTASTIC! Decided today to go get the recliner. I called first to see if Heidi was working. She was so off I went. Again she was FANTASTIC! Give her a raise, work on commission... whatever it takes to keep a good employee!

Like the close out dvds and blu-rays. Some of the other products, like the majority of the food items, don't seem to be discounted.
