We used Aqua Dock last year, the first year we used a pond management company. My pond went from a duckweed ( or something like it) growth Factory, to a beautiful pond that was the reason for purchasing this property. And again this year, they were on it and were doing a fine job. But the yearly seed drop were all manner of organic material falls onto the surface of the pond, and the biofilm of the decay, and the incredible heat for 3 days, caused a bloom across the surface of the pond of unknown variety. But I called Haley, and let her know what was going on, and she sent Cody out right away, to destroy the film and the pond again, gently as to not damage the fish. Great response. I couldn't be happier with a pond management company. Thanks guys! Job well done.

Very poor service, signed agreement to treat pond and install dye, had to call after first two services was not installing dye, two weeks later had to call again because was not treating the broad leaf issue I had, assured me they would get taken care of 2 weeks go by no resolve so I call and cancel service. Month later get bill for remaining balance for treatment (as to which was never treating what was asked to be treated) I ended up paying remaining balance for so called service calls they made, but will never do business here again. Steer clear waste of money...

The staff are really nice and super helpful. I came in for help with my small pond. Though they have some over priced small pond equipment, they are really more geared toward stocking lakes and large ponds. Good selection of fish, feeder fish, koi and aquatic plants.

Great company! We have used them the last four seasons to maintain our pond and it has never looked better! We tried doing it ourselves with limited success. It costs us about the same and we KNOW it will look great. They even leave a personal note every time detailing the treatment used!

Their service is incredibly expensive, yet they don't do anything to help your pond. We spent an extra $3k last year to have them remove our cattails. We used their maintenance service the next year, and they let the cattails return. They told us they "pulled" the cattails to ensure no regrowth...then bam. Regrowth.Oh and the pond has overgrowth within! We finally asked around and started to maintain the pond ourselves. It looks better due to OUR efforts not theirs. Needless to say, we will not use this service again. Don't waste your money on Aqua Doc - just use Aqua Shade. It's cheaper and works WAY better than Aqua Doc.

We have used Aqua Doc for almost 10 years and have not been disappointed in anyway. Before we started, it was always a fight to keep the pond clear of aqua-weeds. Not only was it a lot of work and money, the pond is a focal point of our back and being covered with algae just made the whole experience bad. Since we started with Aqua Doc the pond has looked it's best. They were even willing to work with us to preserve the green and bull-frogs that make the experience of owning the pond a joy. Well, that and the kids fishing. We have, and will continue to give them 5 stars!!

Has a great lake but the maintenance crew doesn't cut the grass around it very well. Too many weeds for fishing. Too many ducks around the fishing pier to fish from there and too much duck feeding going on around it.

They charge an arm and leg to make a service call, even on a product still under warranty. The service fee to just step foot on your property? $275.00!!!!
