This place is the best the lady who owns it works hard as h… and very very friendly professional takes my dog at ease and she is a very furry thing I’ve went to almost 5 dog groomers n the city and this by far is the best I’ve been to neat clean and my dog always smells good always take my baby with n not even 24 hours of calling and she adores my baby which makes me smile said “my baby(my daughter human) is one of the cutest babies she seen” and I know there are a lot of babies out there love this lady! Found her on google based off reviews and it’s a gem!

Worst experience with a groomer I’ve ever had in my life! It took over 5 1/2 HOURS to get my 7 lb. little Yorkie groomed after being the 2nd person in line for that day. Handed me the WRONG dog when I went to pick him up and there was a HUGE NICK ON HIS TESTICALS that I found when I finally got him home. He was in-such PAIN for days! RUN FROM THIS GROOMER! HORRIBLE!!

I called her and asked her if she could cut my dogs toenails and she said yes, so my black husband went up there and with what she assumed was a pitbull and even though the dogs toenails are touching the ground and she’s licking them because she’s in pain because she needs them trimmed. This woman came up with this nonsensical story that she can’t cut her nails because they weren’t ready to be cut yet make it make sense.🤦🏼‍♀️

During 2020 we needed a groomer for our dog. No one was open really. This place has been great 5⭐️for two years with no negative experiences!! the owner actually goes out of her way. I was taken off course by my last experience. She asked if I wanted a bath I said “nails only!” The woman who took my info as I was dropping him off I told her “nails only!” When I return my charge was $30! I asked for nails only!?.. the owner said plus a bath! I told her I specifically said “nails only!” She told me to take my dog and get out. Told her I would pay for the nails but she was ambiguous about me “getting out!” I was Very disappointed. My point to this review is to make sure you’re “VERY CLEARLY SPECIFIC” about what you want in your pets grooming! I had just given him a bath a week prior.

They do such an amazing job with my dog! She hates baths, but they handle her with such care and she is always happy when I pick her up! Very reasonable priced as well, I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else

I called prior with short notice... explained my dog had been attacked in prior month and had stitches and a port after all healed and had a bit of gluefrom the bandage... but we kept him well groomed aside from not being able to bathe him. I asked if they were familiar with Australia shepherds and grooming them... oh absolutely was my answer.. I show up explain hair trim/groom bath... mind you I explained the attack and all of what happened prior to the appointment they were all in.. I set out money for my sister to pay and tip. I came home with extra money on the table and no picture (which I have always got) I came home to a shaved aussie.... no explanation no phone call ... my dog runs when walking past this place... I 1⁰⁰ percent do not recommend especially if you have this breed... I also feel something more happened to my dog ill never know about ...as he came out so scared and slept 3 days away... mind you his is a lover just wants kisses and cuddles

I brought my puppy in and told her EXACTLY how I wanted him cut. I knew he was matted but not at the top of his head. I asked her to specifically give him a ponytail. She acted as if she understood I came back to a shaved puppy and which was expected due to mats however she cut it at the top of his head as well then tried to tell me oh it’ll grow back. She cursed me out and gave me half of my money back. She isn’t professional & I won’t be back.

Took my dog there for the first time today after using the same groomer for years, my former groomer moved a little farther away than I want to drive. Sharon, I think she is the owner, did great! I like the fact that she only had my Pekingese for 2 hours. My former groomer would have her all day. My dog is extremely dog aggressive but Sharon handled her well. It looks like I found my new groomer.

My 3 small dogs needed nail trims. She got us in the day after I called and charges reasonable prices. My dogs got cuddles and treats. They were as happy as they would be about getting their nails done (they aren't fans) and it was much easier and more convenient than dealing with the big chain store.

She was a great price and got us in within a day. However, she nicked my dog twice and the shave wasn't even everywhere. Granted, she was a fair price and efficient, so I guess I got what I paid for.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My precious dog goes to Sharon. She goes Above and beyond to give my pup a spa day. She is amazing and I recommend her to anyone who is anxious to leave there pup anywhere.
