There are a couple of things to know before you go: it's cash-only, and it's absolutely amazing!I recently visited Loretta's and tried their French Toast and Egg Sandwich with Sausage, while my wife opted for the ham and cheese omelet with ham and vegetables, served with potatoes. Let me tell you, everything was cooked to perfection.The French Toast and Egg Sandwich was a standout, with the sausage featuring those irresistible crispy edges that add that extra layer of flavor. The sandwich was a harmonious blend of sweet and savory that left me craving more.My wife's omelet was equally impressive, loaded with ham, cheese, and vegetables, and the side of potatoes was the perfect complement.Loretta's Country Kitchen is undoubtedly the centerpiece of this little town, and it's well worth going out of your way to experience their delicious offerings. The warm, homey atmosphere and the impeccable cooking make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a hearty, satisfying meal.Remember to bring cash, and prepare to be amazed by the culinary delights at Loretta's Country Kitchen. I really had high expectations for the pie we ordered for Thanksgiving but contemplating throwing them away. The prices were $22 each which was different then the online price, chose to go ahead with picking them up. Banana pie and pumpkin were not edible, the apple was okay but not worth $22, not even worth mentioning the workers watching my mother struggle out the door with a handful of pies.

I had stuffed peppers, mash potatoes and pickled eggs, topped off with butterscotch pie, husband had liver and onions, mash potatoes and cucumber onions topped his off with sugar cream pie. The young man that waited on us was AMAZING. Great food and service.

We visited Loretta's on rib night and the place was packed. Food was homemade and good. The portions are generous and prices were quite economical. There was a selection of 16 types of homemade pies. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. The manager in the kitchen was grumpy and short with everyone, but otherwise the visit was an enjoyable foray into rural Ohio down-home cooking. If you ever find yourself near Christiansburg, Ohio, immerse yourself in the local culture and catch some home cooking at Loretta's

I've eaten at Loretta's many times and it's always a great experience. The food is plentiful and tasty, service is good. My favorite is the small size Route 55 Slop Trough with chipped beef. Super satisfying!

Had not been here since 2012, but it was every bit as good as I remember it to be. Prices were a bit higher than I expected, for the amount of food received, but it could have been worse.Food was good and as usual, their pies are wonderful. The selection of pie flavors is beyond wonderful - lot of flavors you don't normally find, and if you want a pie flavor not on the list, call ahead and they will generally make it for you.This is one of those small town restaurants that cater to farmers and everyday folk. Nothing pretentious here. Just a good ol' down home place.

Good place to eat for lunch. I had the beef vege soup and it was really good, and the club sandwich was really good. The vege of the day was mac and cheese and it was really good and they ran out before we left. Once they run out of stuff that's it for the day. So get there early if you want something special. They have different specials everyday.

I've stopped in here numerous times now. Always great food and service. Elias has served me almost everytime. I sware the man lives here lol. Always gives great service. I live almost an hour away but anytime I am nearby and hungry, this is the place I will be coming. Highly recommend.

This place is everything you would expect from a place called Loretta's. They have a rustic, country atmosphere. The country fried steak is phenomenal, and the pie is some of the best I've ever had. The fresh peach pie might be my favorite, ever. Definitely worth the trip!

The food was delicious, real flavor. Waitress helpful. When asked if the Beef Vegetable Soup contained gluten, the cooked stated that she used 2 tablespoons of the flavor which had gluten. Highly recommend.

Soooo good! I ate here twice while working at one of my company's locations. The food is homemade and fantastic! I had a pork tenderloin sammy, made from scratch, and you can easily tell. The patty was lightly breaded and the meat wasn't pounded paper thin. Tender and juicy! Pies are from scratch!If you're ever in this area, get food from Loretta's!

This is the sweetest little restaurant in a little country town. It has this little small town feel to the restaurant and the food is delicious. I had chicken and noodles and it was all homemade and very yummy. The staff is very nice and wait on your every need. I will definitely go back here again and again.
