Went there during business hours said open till nine. Three young girls in there open sign still on. We attempted to open the door but it was locked. They were smiling. First time trying to go here in from out of town. Not good first experience :⁠-⁠( could have at least said sorry we closed early.

Absolutely love this place. The custard is delicious and always leaves me with wanting more. Staff is nice and the prices are fantastic! They have weekly and daily flavors. They also have food but I go for the custard. Can be busy but worth the wait.

It tastes great, literally my only complaint is they weirdly insist on using words other than "blended" and "mixed on top". I know what I mean, you know what I mean, let's just proceed with the exchange of goods and services. Ice cream is worth it though. Get the buckeye madness without chocolate syrup, your taste buds will thank you.

Can someone tell me why I was charged an extra $0.75 per shake for “No Toppings”? Seems pretty odd. Custard is good but the shakes are already expensive.

OMG where has this place been all my life?!😍 My first visit was almost 2 weeks ago, even though the business has been located there for quite some time now, and I'm so mad at myself for not having tried this sooner! It's amazing to have the option of TRULY fresh (not frozen even though frozen is an option for certain items for those who want them) fruit to be added to the frozen yogurt. While it might not be the cheapest like getting frozen treats from some fast food places the little bit of extra cost it SO WORTH IT and I have absolutely ZERO complaints about it. They have something similar to the Blizzard that Dairy Queen offers but their version is so much BETTER in my opinion due to the sheer amount of options for add-in toppings and fresh fruits and other things of that nature. If you're craving something sweet and/or cold you have got to give this place a try!!!

I really love this place. I can always depend on them to deliver good quality food.Their Peanut Butter Madness made Whitzer style is my go to as you always taste the Peanut butter. It beats the DQ blizzard hands down! I can't tell you how many times I ordered a PB blizzard with extra PB and could still barely taste it.Hot dogs with sauce? Oh yea they have them and they are delicious! And as an added bonus they are actually cooked! When you order one they steam the hot dog and bun and then dress it the way you ordered it. HOT DOG!Also if you didn't know their milkshakes are out of this world as well. Of course I would recommend Their Peanut Butter ones. Very Very good!

Well we finally tried Whit’s. I tried their butter pecan and it, and the waffle cone, where delicious. I had never had custard and enjoyed it but it is VERY sweet. This will have to be a rare treat type of thing.

Not only is Whit's the best tasting and most delicious stuff ever, the employees at this location were just as delightful! They were very friendly, considerate, engaging, and service was fast, our order was made perfectly. Even after we left, my 9 year old son mentioned several times how the girls there were so nice to him. Thank you to the amazing ladies at Whit's!

Super cute place to get out and have some amazing soft serve! Small establishment but they have outside seating as well. Can get anything you want as a sundae, shake or just get your toppings mixed in (a whitzer!) Friendly staff. They have special weekly flavors!

This is the pinnacle of icecream. An absolute must try. Be warned that this may ruin normal icecream for you as it is so far above anything else you've had or ever will have. Vanilla is incredible in itself, but there are also weekly and daily specials as well, which are always worth trying. The Brownie Blitz and Strawberry Shortcake specials, which are also always available, are nothing short of perfect.

The frozen custard is to die for. I absolutely recommend trying it at least once. They have lots of unique flavors as well. It is on the more expensive side, but it is all handmade in the shop, so you're going to be paying for that.I'm docking points because the location is very tiny with little room for eating-in. It has a couple of tables inside and a very small patio area. The service could also be improved a bit.

This one is better than the one in Jackson Ohio. But not by much. Good chocolate shake. If you explain real chocolate ice cream and milk. Whole milk. Otherwise you'll get syrup and who knows what. you cannot find people who are genuinely friendly when you walk in the door. They have other overpriced goodies as well. The shakes are worth stopping for. Because they do not know how to be genuinely friendly. I do not go out of my way to stop here. I hope this helped you.

Awesome friendly workers. The ice cream was fantastic! A lot of selections to choose from. It is a little pricey but it was worth it. Nice little shop. Good location way down on bridge street away from the madness of traffic.

I think I have tried almost every flavor of their custard... The Buckeye is my fav but i always get the pumpkin pie flavor in the fall.. Totally worth the trip. And if you are hungry, I recommend a footlong with sauce.

4 young teens working. Entered and the 3 girls were talking to two boys whom had ordered nothing just hanging out. They DID NOT acknowledge us. A young man took our order after we stood there for about 3 minutes. We were the ONLY customers in the store or drive thru. The custard was delicious. Customer service needs improved.

Been there twice this week and did not get what I ask for. Poor.I can't believe it . When I ask about it young man said That is what I ordered. I always get a Whitstir with favor of week in a mini and I got a scoop of Strawberry In a cup. He said it was all mixed together. Was not this is what I get in Waverly and Chillicothe. I think he needs more training. Mrs. P HELP!

Today was a bad experience. Ordered food today . Was told that had to heat new BBQ for the bags we ordered. Got home the BBQ wasn't warm. Still ice cold chunks. The whitser we got was a so liquid instead of frozen . I get youth works there but where is management? Seems to gets worse every day.

If you're old enough to remember when ice cream wasn't 99% whipped air, Whit's is for you.The ice cream here is smooth, thick and tasty. Their toppings are quality ingredients and they don't skimp on them.Some say they're pricey, but in my opinion, more than worth it. It is true, you get what you pay for.

So glad they came to chillicothe. The custard is wonderful. So much more filling then regular ice cream. They have lots of mix in options and always do a flavor of the week. They keep stock of pint and quarts as well as some novelty items like cookie ice cream sandwiches, chocolate dipped bananas, dipped bars and ice pops. They also makes ice cream cakes and pies. Floats are the best I suggest the root beer float. They do have a small selection of regular foods..love this place always a great treat. Limited seating inside and outside. They also have a drive thru.

Whits catered for my wedding in August. My guests loved the 3 different flavor options, and I heard great reviews from everyone who tried the custard! Perfect for a wedding on a hot day! :)
