I'm kind of a tough critic on this one because if you're like me and have social anxiety. Obviously this would be a undesirable trip to take but you have a great selection and great prices . You want to give yourself plenty of time to get into your shopping and leave. Only problems I've really had with this Walmart would be the service at the registers. And by that I just mean as far as the hospitality of some of the workers.

I went to pick up persciptions the line is always long and only one helping. And if it's lunch they shut down on you. I want to know why don't they let one go to luch. That way someone can help get persciptions out!

Did a walmart pickup order. I waited till I got there to do the 'on the way' and 'check in' .. they brought it out within 4 minutes. Was in the afternoon. Around 2pm. The guy that brought it out was friendly and careful of all my perishables.

Walmart experiences are either a hit or miss. It depends on the person working and if they have any good customer service skills onboard or not. If they do, I give it a five star,if not,I give less. When the employees everywhere start to realize that customers are what gives them their job security, maybe it will become important,like it used to be,to keep the customer happy. It's like the old wise tale, Happy life, Happy wife, except it's happy customer, happy customer spending more money!

Walmart has a great system of letting drivers spend the night in their parking lot. I spend money at their establishment this way. There are some Walmart stores that have eliminated this practice, and I simply don't spend my money there.This one had trucks and campers in their parking lot. That makes me smile.

Apparently the employees find it acceptable to smack people's children's hands and shove the child aggressively, the child is literally 2yo, so idc what he or she did I cannot think of any situation where this is acceptable!!!!! The manager should not only be ashamed of themselves but also the out of line employee she defended and made excuses for while trying to condone said employees behavior, to be honest, by reading other reviews, I'm not exactly surprised that this places staff acts this way, trash will be trash. Keep your effing hands off of people's kids because the next person's mother/father might not be so calm/ respectful in their response.This walmart is TRASH. Avoid this place.

Didn’t catch her name tag but employee in the optical care center was really rude to me, my mom, and my friend we were trying to get glasses for because he’s horribly near-sighted and his family members refuse to get him examined. Anyways, my mom accidentally misjudged the time it would take to pick him up and drive back to Chillicothe so we ended up being 20 minutes late. We were totally understanding when she told us we had to reschedule because they only accept you 10 minutes late at most. So we were rescheduling and while reading the note of consent to bring him which was written by his guardians, she made a snide remark about his name and was overall just rude to us and made my friend feel bad and apologize to me and my mom even though he did nothing wrong. Hoping she’s not there when we return for the rescheduled examination. Only reason I’m giving this 2 instead of 1 stars is because my friend’s Medicare card was accepted and would possibly cover the cost of their basic frames. Doesn’t cover examination though.

Shelly from the deli saved my son’s birthday party. We were given false information 2 weeks ago and we weren’t able to place our large 72 cupcake order and birthday cake. She helped us find an alternative and compromise to get the order on time. Thank you for your help!

To be honest I'mnot a fan of Walmart in general but, their curbside pick up works very well for me. I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes or less. Try it, you'll get addicted!

I know that I can count on Walmart to have all of my supplement needs and cheaper prices in the groceries. They don't always have some of the things that I know I can get at Kroger, but I do know that I can count on Walmart for most of my needs. Everyone there always treats me very well and is very accommodating.

This has to be the worst Walmart in all of Ohio. This is the second time I picked up groceries on my way through Chillicothe. The first time my order was delayed 35 minutes this time my order just never showed up I waited an hour And I even talked to the carry out people they said they don't prioritize orders by the people who are waiting on them that they only pull the orders and the order they have been received regardless of somebody is waiting for them or not. If this is the actual Walmart policy that is sad so sad. Whoever manages the store needs to be fired immediately whoever the district manager of this story is needs to be reprimanded immediately. I have been a Walmart plus customer for 3 years I have now canceled my Walmart plus membership due solely to this Walmart that absolutely 10000% sucks. I have requested that my Walmart plus membership be refunded to me and I will leave a bad review every day until I get my money back from my Walmart plus membership. If you're trying to pick up groceries in a hurry or in a time frame you best not order from this Walmart this Walmart sucks so bad I've canceled all my Walmart memberships and I will no longer ever shop at any Walmart because of this walmart for the rest of my days. They offered me 6 months free membership. Who cares. Who wants to wait hours and hours for 6 months for something that should be ready. Walmart you are fired.Update. 1/9/2024. It took 5 phone calls to cancel my Walmart memberships. I guess they think if they hang up on you you'll give up on canceling your membership. I was offered $5 off my next order because of all this. Walmart just because you pay your personal 5$ an hour don't mean your customers that you have screwed over will be satisfied with your hugh $5 inconvenience fee. I was told I might see a refund in 10 days. It didn't take 10 days to because a member. I will check everyday and update this post if I ever actually receive a refund on my memberships

This store has the worst online pickup department of any Walmart I have shopped at. Orders are almost always either 1. missing items 2. extremely delayed or 3. take 30+ minutes for staff to bring the order out after you check in at the parking lot. My husband once waited there over an hour for them to bring out the grocery order. When you call their online pickup department the phone rings and rings and they do not answer. You are better off shopping elsewhere.

I've been doing deliveries through the Spark Driver app. This Walmart and its Pick-up employees had a full melt down on Saturday (11/25/23), and began skipping delivery drivers to pass out regular pickups and late Black Friday pickups. I sat waiting for a delivery order for 5 hours, and I have the screenshot to prove it. If this wasn't ridiculous enough, when I asked the employees why it was taking so long and why me and a few others were being skipped over, I was banned from picking up deliveries by someone with the title of "Coach" because I used 2 profanities when I asked. I didn't yell. I didn't make threats. I simply cussed. These employees are completely inept and should be better trained or fired.

9 out of 10 visits is a fiasco. Everything is terrible. Out of stock merchandise employees that don't like their jobs. Employees that can't do their jobs. Employees that can't answer questions. Employees that don't want to answer questions. It must be a terrible place to work. I would never ever work there. Manufacturer coupons stuck on THEIR shelved merchandise that the register refuses to accept and the checkout clerks don't know what to do. The employees with the GIANT carts shopping for the online orders have zero consideration for people doing their own shopping. Products show available in store online and then they're not in the store. Prices ring up wrong. No one to fix the mistake unless you want to wait 15 to 20 minutes, pass the problem to the next idiot then another. I was told my option is I can pay the incorrect price and go take my receipt up to customer service wait another 20 minutes in line and argue with those blank faced idiots!! When I have to deal with their inferior employees AND do their job for them by checking myself out, Walmart needs to pay me. You losers need to start giving self-checkout customers a percentage off instead of giving us a hassle and wasting our time. Nasty produce.

I placed an online order. The website said the items were available. Upon arrival I was informed they were not available. I requested an amicable solution and tried being polite, however, Sheila continued to remain unprofessional and unhelpful. The situation persisted. I refused to leave the store until they returned my money or gave me a substitution. Instead, I was told I would have to wait two weeks for a refund and then these three outstanding Wal Mart associates threatened to call the cops if I did not leave. I had my child with me, so I left. The Chillicothe store is horrible and these human beings are even worse. Anyone who employs people that are unwilling to resolve customer satisfaction issues does not care about their customer's satisfaction.

All of the staff members were extremely helpful and kind. Saw employees picking up any trash as they walked around helping other customers. Very little to no lines at self check out or regular registers.

I do not recommend working at this location ever. I transferred here from a different walmart and before I even signed nellie was the rudest coach I have ever come across and literally no one liked her because she was such a vile human.She doesn't need to work with the public. 2nd this walmart itself is ran on fear the employees here were always on edge and quite and if you talked you were gonna get untrouble it was ridiculous. Also don't transfer here if you wanna be cut to pt cause i told them I was a ft employee and they said not an issue and it very much was an issue. Also don't go to ogp if don is working as a coach cause he doesn't care about anyone but himself he's rude won't work with his employees and only lies come from his mouth. Straight up liar. Idk why the store manager allows this kinda behavior from there staff especially there management but somethings gotta change cause that's just messed up. Employees that worked for years don't just quit to quit there's always a reason. Your management made working hell and that's not okay. To anyone reading work at a different walmart or none. Don't come here.

Would not recommend ever placing a pickup order for this location. I checked in for a pickup order with 2 items at 7:15pm. It is now 8:45pm and I still don’t have a pickup order. Tried to call for assistance and the phone rang forever with no answer on the other end.

I found the rakes in the photo marked 2:18 and when I called them out Samuel changed the sign and would not sell one for the advertising price. I just wonder how many people they got without checking the price. If you see something cheap at the Circleville Ohio check your receipt.

I had to buy a new tire at Walmart but I called before I went talked with Mandy from service repair she was very helpful and when I got there she kept to her word about what I was to expect so I had a great experience at Walmart and the guy that put the tire on I wish I would have paid a attention to his name but anyways he was very nice also, thank you guys for keeping me on the road safe 🙂
