I had picked up a new power washer and it was not working properly, but I had to take it back. So after that they were all out of that model they were very nice and called other stores and found me one and I was very happy. Thanks

Love the selection at the tractor. And even though they are over priced on all apparel, the tools are not. Bought a cub cadet mower from here and bought the protection plan for insurance. Always buy the protection plan! Hit a stump and bent the shaft, they replaced it no problem. Friendly staff, and great place to shop.

Odd experience. Stopped in before closing to pick up some spark plugs around 7:45. I didn't check to see what time they closed. When I went to leave the doors were locked and there were no employees in sight. I just waited by the front exit for about five minutes before an employee noticed I was there. I should have checked store hours before hand, but they also should have made a closing announcement.

We absolutely looooove Tractor Supply Co!!! We have tried different locations and we are always pleased with the variety/selections available!!!! The employees are always cordial and willing to help and offer ideas for our needs!!! We've purchased everything from low priced items to high end mowers!!! You can't go wrong shopping here or other locations!!!!

Linda the cashier was very rude to my husband. We came to Chillicothe from Gallipolis and to be treated that way was inexcusable!! I've worked in customer service and you ALWAYS ALWAYS treat customers with respect!! After all without customers she wouldn't have a job!! The guy out in the loading area was very friendly and helpful, so big thank you to him. Didn't catch his name though. Have a great day!! 😊✌

If 0 stars were an option, it would have been my choice. They sold me a $500 item that was missing the main component. I realized the item was missing 15 minutes later and immediately called to address the problem. They were extremely rude and accused me of lying. I didn't realize it was the customers job to inspect the package before leaving to make sure they did their job and not let someone walk out of the store with said item. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. From now on, I will spend an extra 30 minutes (round trip) to go to Rural King in Circleville or Waverly. I suggest others do the same.

Great friendly place to get pet supplies, bird food, garden maintenance items. Coupons are mailed out periodically for savings. 10% or 15% on total purchase. Often clearance items are included! 😁

I called to check stock and they were exceedingly helpful to see if they had it. They said they would hold it for me and put it together too.When I got there they had it ready and again very helpful and made sure I was happy.Great experience

Vendor delivery- store is not delivery driver friendly. 99 times out of 100 that I am dispatced to this store Im greeted with excuses or have to wait Longer than the unload would take if someone in management felt the need to do some work. Parking out front for non-box unload is tight to say the least. If any customers are shopping, its near impossible to navigate their lot, due to location, inventory and their trailers. This store/management is probably the least driver friendly of all the stores in Ohio. With one or two off the top of my head close behind.

Good place to buy items for around your home too get John different items of clothing gloves food for your animals and during the spring time they have chickens and ducks. Prices are pretty good the service there is really great

This place sucks. Don't have anything, priced to high, the people that work there are like high on something or just don't care about the customers. I will not ever shop at this tractor supply again. The one in Circleville is better in service and they have a little more. But if you drive all that way, why not just go to the place one building over the big R. NO I don't work for any of the companies and never have. I'm just tried of the bs service that comes with going to tractor supply in Chillicothe Ohio. if I could I would only give a half a star. I hope that one day they hire a good manager and he or she hires and trains the staff the right way.

Well, stopped at circleville TSC , they carry what I need . but none on the shelf. I go to Chillicothe TSC, they do not even carry the goat minerals I am looking for, completely different items in their inventory.😢

I bought a windmill with chickens on it I gave 54 dollars for it about a month ago or less well it broke and it was my fault so I went out and bought another one and this time they charge me 89 dollars for it I am not very happy I will not use my card again that was to big of a jump in prices

No back brace if you need something for your back u have to buy it trust me my brother got injured by doing everything right
