Spent +20 minutes in the drive thru with being the only car during the middle of the day. Ran out of majority of the menu, got 1/3 of the order right and still paid $35. No bacon on the Bacon turkey bravo, food is very bland to what it used to be. Every one location of these restaurants have quickly declined. I get more food out of my kids lunchables! Not wasting more money on these franchises 🙄

The store was super clean. Our service was excellent, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the new steak sandwich. It was very good. However, I think they need to fill the sandwich much more. Especially when spending that kind of money. Soup was good. Wife had the new chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she enjoyed it. Recommend giving them a try.

Went through the drive through at 9:01pm wanting two small green teas, sat there for a few minutes, decided I was just gonna go in (9:04pm) went in there were still people eating in side and someone at the register ordering food, after the person who ordered there food in front of me, the employee asked me if I was gonna place an order, I told him I just wanted two green teas and he told me that they were closed and that he just closed out the register for the night. Not friendly or great employees at all! All I wanted is two green teas.

PLEASE take your time to get orders accurate and complete guys!! I used to be a regular customer and my visits have slowly dwindled down to nothing because Everytime I give it a try my order is incorrect or missing things. I'd rather wait a little longer, and get what I paid for !all I even got today was a drink, a cafe mocha, but there was barely any chocolate in it & and no whipp cream + chocolate sauce on top. that's the best part lol. does it really take that long to do that they couldn't bother to make the drink properly?? I paid 7$ for a cup of hot milk with a hint of chocolate flavor . paid for extra espresso too but I don't taste that either.been almost a year since my last Panera attempt . probably gonna be even longer next time after this experience. what happened to you all? no better than mcd or starbuxk

I go here for the bagels, mostly the asiago bagels, they are my favorite, soo good! Just tried the iced coffee for the first time, decent but not the best. When you first sign up you get a free pastry.

Great food!!! Pick 2. Caesar salad with chicken, BBQ Chicken Macaroni and cheese with baguette and a blood orange lemonade. Excellent!!!

3-9-23 @ 4:25 pm. Ordered at the drive thru. Only one car in line ahead of me, ordered five things total, two bowls of soup, two sandwiches, one bread bowl empty. $41.75 then they forget the bread bowl, found out fifteen minutes later when i got home. My sandwich (chipotle chicken avocado...) looked awful, not aesthetically pleasing at all. Taste was bland and underwhelming. Creamy chicken and rice soup was okay. Wife loved her sandwich (Bacon turkey bravo on Miche), but not the soup (chicken noodle). I am sure she would have liked it better hot in the bread bowl as she wanted it. But it takes fifteen minutes to drive back across town in traffic to get one item she ordered but did not get. Due to that my food was also cold when I got back to eat it. For the money spent the foods flavor, customer service, pride of work and value was not there for me. Only eaten here twice now. May not be a third. Not saying do not eat here, just sharing my experience and my perspective. You do you.

Love eating Panera but tonight half of my food was forgotten when I went through the drive through. And for the prices it absolutely sucks I did not get everything I asked for. I don’t know if they were just out or completely forgot but definitely disappointed :(

Worst drive though experience ever. Enter the drive through at 9:10am , placed my order for sandwich/coffee and go to the window. I pay and person tells me to pull to curbside pickup (with no heads up at all about extended wait time). The parking lot did not appear to be slammed and TWENTY FIVE minutes later I get my food. Unacceptable and inconsiderate experience, go somewhere else if you value your time.

The rapid order pick up is kind of pointless. It's never ready when it tells me it is, and then I have to try and track it down in the restaurant because it's not on the shelf. If it is on the shelf, most of the time my drink is missing or a food item is missing and I hate to wait to get the right items.Really wish the rapid order would be faster and be put where it's supposed to. The employees are kind of rude, they get a bit of an attitude if I ask them where my food is, or to get a cup for the drink I paid for.

Many of the available tables were dirty and we ended up cleaning one off ourselves. The small soup is about 2/3 the size it was a couple of weeks ago and is now served in a paper cup. The food was good but we couldn't afford to get full here anymore.....

My steak and cheddar sandwich was not good. At. All. It was cold and pretty thin on meat and onions. So disappointed. The soup and bread were fantastic, as always. I appreciate the hustle but trust me, I can wait a few more minutes for the food I ordered to look and taste like it should. I understand it's hard to find workers but that shouldn't mean your service fails to meet the high standards that Panera Bread has set.

it was my first time being there, ordering kinda confused me at first. slightly expensive, dare I say ✨ overpriced ✨. my dad didn't like his steak sandwich at all, but my soup and salad was pretty dang good. I'd go again. I also really like their morals, really clean eating. solid.

Normally I have a better experience at this location however not much good to say today. My soup (yes I ordered soup on a 100 degree day) wasn't hot and I had to request it be warmed up and the bottom of my baguette was burnt. But worse than that was the environment... The general manager was using a neighboring table to ours in the middle of the dining room as a meeting spot to reprimand one of his employees. It was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to have to sit beside them while they discussed/disagreed and argued about workplace policies. The scene definitely left a negative impression!

They got my order wrong. I ordered the Ten Vegetable soup, they gave me the Broccoli soup instead. It looked good, so without saying a word, I took it to our table, ate it & loved it. No complaints from me, no sir. 👍👍

When it first opened the portions were bigger and the food was good. The last 2 times the portions have gotten smaller and my lettuce has been brown. They now mix the dressing all over it instead of leaving in the bottom of the dish. Probably wont go back. Too high price for spoiled food.
