Prices are ridiculous, a dresser was $299! Same price as new and they got rid of their dvd section. Not a single dvd in sight. The clothes are not very well organized. There’s also just too many “new” products. The store has turned more into an Ollie’s type store rather than a thrift store.

My wife picked up a pair of jeans to show me and the employee took the hanger when she was going to put them back she when she left them without a hanger he blew up and started mouthing off about her draping them over the shelf. Will never come back nor will my family with trashy employees like that

I've never seen a place who calls themselves a thrift store with such high prices. You can have high prices, or you can call yourself a thrift store but you can't do both. I'm sure the employees are lovely people, but the corporation who owns this is disgraceful.

I was interested in looking at a Full Matress Set to Purchase. I called since being Out of town, but was told that they could NOT look for me as the Mgr told the Employee she had to wait on Customers. I "understand," but isn't there More than 1 Employee? Couldn't a Mgr had looked for us?BAD Business!! ;-(I Will NOT be shopping there anyway soon! In - Chillicothe Ohio Thrift Store!!☆☆ - I would really like to give this store a "0" star!!

The prices are getting out of control. Complete greed. They couldn't even be bothered to take the GARAGE SALE STICKER off of it before they overcharged for it. Small example of storewide ridiculousness.

I visited the Thrift Store on December 4, 2021 and bought an item that was too big. There are no dressing rooms and they have an "exchange only" policy, with which I was fine. However, when I tried to exchange my item this evening, the manager informed me that it had been two days past the 30 day exchange policy and she wouldnt exchange it. I was never informed of this at the time of purchase, just that I could only exchange it. I ended up leaving the item there and told them I would NOT be back. I not only had the receipt, but the original tags were still on it. I don't recommend this place. NO dressing rooms and NO EXCHANGES past 30 days. Poor excuse for a business.

Clean. Well organized. Clothes in Order of sizes and well labeled. Dressing Rooms were clean and organized too. Certain tickets had %off. I will definitely go back..

Honestly cheaper than Good Will for nice, in style, new clothes and shoes, accessories with tags on it! I didn’t pay more than $6 for anything I got there! I found super cute stuff for me and my whole family!

Cute clothes. Very reasonable. I found great stuff both times I went. Much cheaper than Goodwill. Employees were very helpful and friendly!! Can't wait to go back

This place is very nice clothes are as soft and dry as a babys backside. Employees are gold couldnt get any better. The blenders look like they will blend my protein shakes immaculately. The crockpots. Don't even get me started on how good I'll think they will cook my roast and vegetables.

I found this thrift store on accident and was super amazed. Goodwill use to be there & I worked there for 2 yrs. As soon as I walked in I got all exicted!!! There is super nice clothes & mostly brand new with tags. Only problem is they dont price anything at the store it all comes priced from anything place. Which I think is odd because the prices are random. If u look around u can find so awesome stuff for super cheap.

I love Ohio Thrift Store! It has nearly anything I would ever want. The store is immaculate. The clothes are up to date and always clean. They look brand new.

Rip off!!! If I could give Zero stars, I would. No fitting rooms. So if u get something too big, the won't even let u trade it for same item, just different size. Even though, the tags r still on it. Joke!!!
