We were told rest of are flooring would be ready in seven days ordered on Oct 1 found out today that can’t get till the Oct 21. Had another order for delivery on Oct 5 called me on the 4th said they don’t have the hole order. But they sure had no problem taking my money for all the things that I needed. At a stand still time is money!

This store seems to have some of the best selections around compared to other stores. It's laid out nicely and is more organized than Lowes making it easier to navigate when you're in a hurry looking for something you need on a project. It's also easier to push a wide load cart thru the store since they keep the isles nice and wide. Overall, it's usually my first choice when shopping for a new project.

Good folks who try very hard. Unfortunately, my order was not complete after waiting over a month. They had to reorder... but they were very friendly and helpful.Update ... everything was delivered and a very good product. Upgraded to 5 stars.

Good place to shop. When needing assistance sometimes it takes longer time than expected. My fiance loves this place. He was only disappointed with wall paneling because, associate failed to inform him that you still had to place drywall and etc behind the panels. Other than that great place to shop for home improvements. Workers should have a little more product knowledge when selling home improvement materials.That is all. Keep up the good work.

I bought a refrigerator from the Chillicothe store. When I got it home the front was scratched. I called Menards and was told they would replace it. They initially were going to charge me for delivery, but agreed not to. They canceled the first two deliveries on us then a week later we just took it back ourselves and picked up the replacement. The replacement was scratched up worse than the first. Now, we have to send them photos to prove it and have to wait for them to come and pick it up. We have no idea when they will be coming to get it. We are just going to be making our purchases elsewhere from now on.

I have always enjoyed looking around and shopping at Menards. I currently have an injury that limits my walking ability. They really need more eletric carts. Last time I was in the customer service person when you walk in was snippy and rude about it when I asked, didn't bother asking this time, so I am sitting outside writing this review. (My husband did go inside to look but there wasn't any)

This is an awesome store it is kind of like Lowes if you are looking to do renovations. Their prices are decent and they also sell outdoor and indoor decorations. They also have groceries and cleaning items if you browse around. Very nice selection of styles to update your outdated homes or rentals! 🌐🏢🏡

I've frequented this location since moving here. We got a lot of shelving and storage solutions for our small apartment, which is great. From reading other reviews, I see that a number of people have negatively commented on the lack of staff, or the apparent disregard of them. Most of the products we bought here have held up except a tower lamp. I stopped by twice to try to resolve the issue since it structurally broke due to faulty parts. I had been trying to reach the actual manufacturer. Fruitless efforts. HOWEVER, contacting customer service via email about the matter gave actual direction. I know some of this stuff is a pain in the rear that "shouldn't happen in the first place", but I offer my experience to help others, regardless.

Everyone was very helpful while I was there. When I got home and tried to put it together the lamp that I bought, I found that two pieces were missing. Trying to call the lighting department about the issue, I got nothing but a busy signal and left a message 2 days ago and haven't heard anything back since very upsetting as in the meantime I have fallen and hurt myself outside and cannot put the lamp and packaging back in the car and come down there with it. I'm 75 years old and not able to do much of that kind of thing on my own. I wish I would hear back from someone and they would be able to help me get the parts that I need to finish putting the lamp together.

Was offered help several times and everything I was looking for was well stocked!*Update*During the last several visits, it has been hard to find help. When help is eventually found they are great. It seems they are understaffed which makes it frustrating to customers who need employee help.

The reason we shop for rock (or other items as well) at Mernards is because of the lower price, rebates and assistance in loading. Inside of the last 25 bags of river rock was completely covered in mud. I understand its rock and it's going to be dirty but it was completely covered, you couldn't tell what color the rock was until we washed it. This evening we purchased 25 more bags. The young man came to load us. He pulled the skid up with the forklift and sat there while a 60 year old woman had to drag it off the skid into the truck . When I stated I thought he would load it into the truck he just looked at me. I have assistance at home but expected assistance in loading as wellWe shop Mernards primarily for the assistance in loading. If I wanted to load it myself I would have gone to Home Depot or Lowes

The employee at the desk in back for building materials Tim is a very rude associate, and refuses to help customers while in the store. My parent asked for help with something on shelf and he proceeded to tell my mom he was on break he couldn't doing anything. Never bothered to get her help..

There store was well stocked and they do require micro viruses personal protection masks. That does mean coverage for all airway passages, not just your mouth . That's just ignorance, your nose must also be controlled for proper airway filtration. I see a lot of people who leave there nose uncovered . When I went to school they taught us a class called health . Thus in the course of our lives we would know and understand the importance of our understanding of such things. It seems some skipped that class or didn't pay attention.

Even though the website shows certain product availability that is not always the case. Went in to get 50 piece bundled lath. Had to count out individual pcs. then have a customer service person bundle it to get the correct price.

We came to Menard’s to get a washer/dryer set after the one we had ordered from Lowe’s fell through. We were very pleased with our experience. The set ended up being cheaper at Menard’s and came when it was expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
