I am from Parma, OH (near Cleveland) and needed flowers for a funeral service that was taking place in a few hours. Mary in the floral department was SO friendly and accommodating. I felt quite helpless being 3 hours away and Mary set my mind at ease that my flowers would arrive on time and be beautiful. Thank you Mary. You’re the BEST!!!!!

I went in to return an item. The clerk at the customer service counter was rude. I asked where is you smile today? She snapped at me What do you want. At that point her attitude was just too much...l will never shop here again 💯James

We went to the Starbucks and had to get a refund because there was no ice! How are you supposed to run a coffee shop with no ice?

Store is nice, clean, and pretty well stocked. Staff are mostly young kids. They are usually just chatting it up with each other and not real attentive, but they're kids so cut 'em some slack. At least they are working.

Kroger is always a great place to shop. Mostly every need is there. The revamped Marketplace is always a great experience and in my eyes one of the best remodels of a big chain store I've come across. The improvements seem to really enhance the Krogering experience for me and I'm certainly sure for others as well. Great job Kroger!!

I've been shopping here for years, and everyone working there is very helpful with anything you might have an issue with. Steve at the self checkout is a great guy that always makes sure you're able to get your items scanned and bagged. The deli always has great prices on their "mistake" or refused orders, so if you are after a quick bag of roast beef or some sliced cheese, head to the counter and look at the display in front of it. The vegetables are always fresh and rotated, and the folks in that section always make sure they aren't blocking you while you look. My favorite Greek olives are always in stock, and they have a great selection of Better than Boullion!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Why is it that there are only two employees who can get the credit card machines to work without entering a pin number (which you should NEVER do at a grocery store or gas station because of identity theft!)? I just can't shop here anymore. The machine forces me to use my regular credit card instead of my debit/credit card. I can't believe Kroger is making me shop at Walmart.Until today, I loved this store. I met with the rudest, rudest, rudest employee today. He was so bad, the man at the next self checkout register even spoke up, stating that the employee shouldn't be working with people. The employee's name is Steve. After he walked away, nasty and argumentative the whole time, I asked Lalaine for assistance and she was able to very courteously help us where Steve just kept telling me it can't be done. She took care of it in 20 seconds. I had been in the store about a half hour earlier, and Reva helped with the same issue. Why did Steve have to be so rude and nasty? Now I don't even want to go back to Kroger after this morning.

It's a good place to go if you want to buy food, drinks, or medicine to help with sleep, vitamins, and the like. Other then waiting to put your items on the counter that brings it to the worker so he/she can confirm it and puts the stuff you bought in bags. And you paying them the amount. I just kinda wish they'd put 1-2 more workers in the front due to it usually being 2 lines open.

Good place to get groceries. Very good about pulling dated items and they have a large variety of foods. Deli is very small compared to other Kroger stores and they do not carry many items im used to getting from Kroger's on Columbus. The store is however clean and inviting and the employees have all been very nice.I wished they would enforce their handicap parking because I go in and have to park and walk further because many people are double parking in the handicapped spaces, not allowing those who are also disabled to park in the designated areas.Overall - a good place to shop.

Past two experiences with the Kroger Clicklist feature has been terrible. They put our chicken (which is supposed to be cold, and it was room temp.) with our lettuce, ruined the lettuce. They gave us a gallon of milk with the lid cracked and the milk leaked everywhere and our bread was smashed with the canned goods. Our previous experience our order wasn’t even ready and we had to wait an hour and a half before we got our things and we didn’t even get everything we asked for. Don’t recommend this store unless you want a bad experience like mine.

Employees are always nice and very helpful. If something is not on shelf they check to see if they have it in back and go get it. After recent surgery they unloaded my cart, bagged my groceries and put them in my car. Never have a bad experience.

The employees here are always so friendly and helpful. I can always find someone when I cannot locate something at this location.The starbucks staff are so far above and beyond. I came into starbucks one evening and Sycllias was absolutely amazing! She was pleasant and an all around awesome young lady!The great staff here keep me coming back!

This store has the biggest selection of groceries and beverages in town. The restrooms are always clean and their are plenty of workers to help you find anything you need. The parking lot needs to be a little bigger it's always crowded. Also if they don't have what you are looking for you can put in a request for it and most of the time they will get it in. They also have clicklist available.

Realistically this Kroger is between 2 and 5 stars. I work the midnight shift and will sometimes shop at around 6 am. The only problem with that is that the only checkout open is self service. When you have $75-$125 in groceries you shouldn't have to ring up and bag your own groceries. After 8 am I have a great shopping experience there. The employees are helpful and nice and the store is always well stocked and clean.

Great place and they are very good with product returns. The staff is helpful and friendly. Using the Kroger app can lead to some really good deals. The only negative is the poorly designed parking in the lot.

I am highly Upset. I purchased one item purely based on its sale. I pointed it out that it did not ring up Correctly and the cashier said it would probably take it off. I did not check the receipt until I got home because I believed her. She said yes it showed up that it Gave credit for the sale price. C obviously did not want to mess with a void sale so she Blatantly lied. It is only $3 but it is the point of it so I will have to go out of my way to make another trip to the grocery store just to get my refund and report this individual

Lines are too long lately. 1 cashier open, and 6 self checkout. Lots of employees walking around, some doing pickup orders, no one opened another lane.

Kroger is failing their public. They are no longer giving good service like they use to give years ago. And their meats, particularly their seafood is deplorable. It stinks and is unfit for human consumption. Also their weekly advertisements have become deceptive. Be aware of the small print and terms of sale before responding to their bait and switch adds. Too late to do much about it once you have used your resources to get there. They seem to take care of you if you complain, but is this continuing conduct anyway to do business? And if you complain too much, they threaten you with a criminal trespass through their loss prevention department!!! Buyer beware. And seller you should also beware , if you want to continue we a successful business as in previous years. Do something about your problems.I could not have said this better myself. Everything stated here is still true about this store, and I notified corporate about it. I also had the same experience that this person had, and they sent me a registered letter also, because I am a sensitive and assertive consumer and was vocal about their service also. Here is an interesting fact though. I can go to my local Walmart Store and tell them that I can get the product at another store for a lesser advertised price, and they match that price with no hassle whatsoever. They never argue with me if the price I state is reasonable nor do they burden me with a challenge requesting that I laboriously show them adds; therefore the line is never held up. And they also never argue about refunds or a dissatisfied product....never exchange words. I have gotten T bone steak for as low as $3.99 / lb. when other stores have sold them for this amount. If there is ever a problem, management will support their corporate policy over an employee giving you a hard time. I can remember once where I was standing in a long line because of cash register errors made by a cashier. A manager came up to me and said what is your problem, and I showed him the errors. I had over $80.00 worth of products in my cart. He said I am sorry for that and told me all the items were free and to go, and there was no need for me to be standing in the line because of their mistakes!! And I hadn't even complained about standing in line! I hate to tell you of the number of times that I caught pricing item errors at the Kroger Store and had to stand in line for their mistake on pricing. Hate to say it, but I have been getting far better treatment at Walmart. I use to work in loss prevention at Walmart, and attended many of management meetings. I heard management tell the employees to never argue with the customer and to do whatever it takes to please them if it is within reason, and if not within reason call management to see if they can satisfy the customer. Now that is employee empowerment to help the customer. I am just wondering why Krogers can't be more accommodating to its customers. I have continued to deal with Krogers, only because they are closer to me, and I don't have to go over to the busy Bridge St. traffic here in Chillicothe. Their customer services and prices has a lot more to be desired when compared to Walmart. Furthermore, I got charged $15.00 for a small box of sausage links once at a K Mart Grocery Center that should have been only $1.50. They kept me in the store for a while, until they could figure out what had happened. I did complain (only slightly) about that because I was in there for over an hour. I told them that I was a Private Investigator, and that I made 150.00/ hr. plus expenses, and they gave me a $150.00 for my inconveniences...
