I worked for Penney's for years . Still shopping here and loving it. My grandson takes care of me now can he use my discount Senior card from Penney's. It's a life time card but sometimes I need him to pick or order with my senior card?

Went to JCPenney to get a gift card for a relative. Woman with blonde curly hair was EXTREMELY rude. Told us the line formed other there. So- we moved. Fine- no problem but- she Glared at us the whole time. No customer service. Won’t come back if she is still working there.

Far better selection than Lancaster. Though long wait at the jewelry counter, Kathy & the tall dark hair woman with pony tail, were super helpful & even though super busy, very friendly.As far as the store, the jewelry showcases,bathrooms & store In general, could use a sprucing up.

Great variety of clothes for men, women, teens, & kids. Nice layout, I especially liked the beauty part. Only problem was waiting in line to check out. I know how it can be, people have breaks or are not trained to use registers but it was an exceptionally long wait. Cashier was very apologetic and very nice.

I have shopped here for many years. Lately I haven't found much to buy. The clothes seem to be more for older women (Alfred Dunner) or for girls in their 20s. No Lee jeans anymore. Very few pajamas. Too many dresses. Kind of disappointing. Thank God for the great jewelry. I always look for Kathy, she's the best. Was there on 11/8/23 and was looking at jewelry. The person behind the counter didn't offer to help me so I left.

This was the worst JCP I have ever been into. It is very run down, which is understandable in an older building. But this store is DIRTY. I have been in better gas station restrooms than this one. There were dust clumps on displays. Low inventory as well

This store has been here as long as I can remember. Store has had some remodeling done over the years. Lots of options for all ages and sizes from head to toes. Friendly staff.

Store is clean and uncluttered, staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of good deals going on for Christmas. We got a great deal on a gaming headset and keyboard for $40. It was half price. Also great jewelry sales.

I took my clothes to match, as a niece's wedding is tomorrow and I'm not sure what outfit to wear. I let them know I had these things with me and all was fine. Also found pretty, well made bath towels to add to my gift, and sunglasses for the hubby, and was able to stick with just the cash! Taylor and other women very nice and helpful.

Went to look for a interview outfit for the wife and couldn't find much for her. They dont have much for a person in their 20s trying to look professional. But if you want to look active or pay $50 for a Nike t-shirt then this is the place for you. Nice store and the layout is nice. Might go back but not for business clothing.

I enjoy shopping there. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The store looks very clean and organized. Amy Olson is doing a great job. She worked with me at Bon Ton and she worked continuously to make our store look good and I really think she is an asset to J C Penney "s. One day I may apply to work at Penney's also.

I know others may love this JC Penny but in my last 6 trips there I purchased 1 thing. The store is huge and clean, I just never find anything. Here are a few things I have shopped for but then went somewhere else; shoes, purse, wallet, kids snow boots and towels.

Mr Michael at the counter was extremely nice both on phone and when I was in store. He takes his time with customer. Is respectful and even comes to help you by accompanying to the aisle.

Tara Machesney was very helpful assisting me at the counter. I was paying my Mom's bill and she was very knowledgeable as how to do the transaction. Store needs more XL & XXL sizes on Nike since the styles have been made a size smaller with their crazy tagging of regular fit , standard fit and Athletic cut. Which is less material and same or higher price. Need more loose fit.

The mens big and tall section consisted mostly of athletic clothes and what dress clothes they did have were located in the corner by the layaway desk. As for the women's clothes the selection of work clothes was sad, really disappointed.

Very rude staff. Pregnant wife asked to be fitted for a bra and the staff was unproffesional and snickering and then didn't seem confident when they said her size and told her maybe she should try somewhere else. We will be sticking with Kohl's from now on.
