There is something to be said about a “hometown boutique store”. When you shop there, you become like family. I could not ask for better customer service anytime I stop in. Everyone is so kind and friendly! Why give your money to a big box store when you can shop the small local business to get something personalized just for yourself or the person you’re shopping for? I love Ivy’s!!! A million out of 10 recommendations for them! ❤️

Entire Staff made EVERYTHING UNCOMFORTABLE! There was at least 6-8 sales people on the floor starring and stocking customers like we are going to shop lift. Maybe they wouldn't get that impression if prices weren't outrageous expensive. Had wallets and dishware for over $200. Those costs don't make anything have a small town home feel. Rather find gems at an actual antique store. NOT BE RETURNING!

I recently stopped into this beautiful downtown business for a gift! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect gift for my friend. I though shops like this only excised in Hallmark movies! Ross County is VERY lucky to have this small business!

This was such a cute store. However, we will not return as the employees wouldn’t let us look at anything without hovering on top of us like we are thieves. They wouldn’t allow us to pick anything off the shelves without questioning!😂😒

Fun boutique. Pricey with most items but those items are worth every penny. You can find some great priced gems from dishware to jewelry to clothing. You must try this store!❤A Chillicothe favorite. The staff and owners are so helpful and kind. They also will gift wrap your purchase beautifully for free!

I heard good things about Ivy's and am new to Chillicothe, so I decided to drop by. It was very cute, very well set up. Small town vibes from the general merchandise and appearance. However, as with any other review, I would be remiss if I didn't comment the most prevalent impression I got. Which was the overbearing, uncomfortable hovering. I am unsure of the intention, but it was less than welcoming. As a result of this weird, unavailing feeling of tension, I will not be returning. I did not make this comment out of spite, and would gladly return to contribute to this local business, given some sort of alleviation. I pray this reaches Ivy's staff with loving transparency from me, keeping others who have felt this way and not spoken up in mind.

My wife and I went here to pick up what we thought was a glass cardinal little bird . It was plastic.Bought it anyway.What I dont like is being followed around the store by one of the employees like we were going to steal something.Don't think we'll go back.

This is a "mom-pop-son-daughter" operation! Beautiful store located in downtown Chillicothe, Ohio. Many, many great gift ideas. You won't be able to stop in without buying something!! 👍

Bought a wallet from there and was never told sales are final and they wouldn’t let me return it and it wasn’t even opened and had the tags on it still. Never coming back because everything in the store is over priced and I can find cheaper at Kohl’s same product and same producer and normal price
