We love Harbor freight but was disappointed to find out that they don't have wheelchairs for the handicapped. Currently sitting in the car with my mother while my husband is in there shopping. 😞 Do Better Harbor freight

My wife and I purchased a Glock 40 handgun from this location so we went to check their inventory. The gun that we wanted was in stock so we purchased it for a VERY reasonable price ($790.00). I would recommend giving them a shot, no pun intended. Lol

This was my first time bursitis the actual store. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for (the battery operated liquid transfer) but I half expected them to be sold out. With lots of people not having electric and running generators from the storm the other night. The 2 fellas working were very nice n ready to help. I didn't look at everything but there was a great selection on tools both electric and non. Next time I need something in absolutely going there

Could spend thousands here lol, but only needed a moving blanket this time. Staff was friendly and quick to help. Some complain about the quality of the products sold here, but I have never had a problem with any tools or products I have purchased here.

A lot of really nice and different tools. It's always clean and neat. Including the restroom. The whole store is brightly lit. Which is really nice. The reason for 3 stars. Instead of four or five. I always see three or four employees. Including the manager. Walking around together chatting about what to have for lunch or dinner or who knows what. That really wouldn't bother me. Accept! When I am trying to get their attention. And they act like it's a problem when I finally do. Then there is the awkwardness that comes from them having to decide. Which one Will stay and help. And which two or three get to carry on with their very important conversation. that I interrupted. I finally flag down the manager . who promptly! Turned me over to the one cashier that was already busy. I know I am not the only one that has encountered this. I helped two others who encountered the same problem as I. 1 of them purchased a very nice air compressor. Thanks to me. You're welcome Harbor Freight! Merry Christmas!

It's unfortunate I was there to support a local business, and was prepared to spend a considerable amount on some tools. I didn't have a lot of time so I went early in the morning. There was 1 customer in front of me. The cashier was really worried about getting the customer in front of me too full of a credit app and leave me waiting for him to complete that. Surprisingly the cashier saw me standing there, looked at me and didn't say a word and just kept watching the guy struggling to fool out the app, blocking the line. Fortunately there are other tool sources that want the business... they got it

My experience at this store was incredible. The Manager was a tremendous help with my 44" toolbox purchase. She assisted me in loading it without hesitation. She was very safety oriented in doing it as well. I will drive to this HF from Columbus anytime I need to make a purchase.

Prices are cheap, but so are their tools. So far I haven't had to return anything, but it's not professional grade tools you get here. Don't assume you know what you're getting, make sure of it.Staff is polite and helpful if you have questions. They are good for entry level, and hobby level tools. I have made knives, swords, tables, and bedframes with their tools, as well as worked on my own cars.9/10 price6/10 quality

Everytime I go here to get something that the website says they have they don't. Always look before I go but never fails they don't have what I'm after and can't seem to find it even though their inventory shows they have it.

I have used harbor freight for years for odds and ends stuff like drill bits and sand paper. When I moved here from another state I was glad to find that there was still one of these stores near by. The people have been awesome everytime I go in so far. I will probably use them for all the little odds and ends just because they are affordable and most of the stuff isn't as bad as people say. I did also hear that icon is owned by snap on. Is there any truth to this?

Of course you have to weight what tools you buy, vs competitors. But, the do stand by their warranties, and if you do your research, you can get great, longer lasting tools, with a great warranty. Some tools it is better to spend some more money elsewhere, but this is always my option for hand tools, cheaper vehicle testing kits, any and all air tools, spray guns, air lines, etc.

I travel at work as a superintendent in the building industry traveling Coast to Coast every Harbor Freight that I have walked into they're about the same friendly people in a lot of things in there to buy for any mechanical carpentry anything you can think of their hands down my favorite store for working

Worst customer service! I will never go back in that store. The manager is very rude and don't know anything about his products. When we corrected him he was even worse. Just trying to warn people to go elsewhere!

A nice place to shop for tools. But the real hassle is do you have to screenshot your coupons So when you go to check out. You get the actual sales price And if you look pretty hard. They got better Sales on the same thing But you have to do your research. Letting them scan all your coupons at the end that you screenshot is a very much of a hassle and a nuisance.

There are deals to be had here but as always quality can fluctuate. Be aware of the price you pay, you may be better off to spend a little more and get better quality. The disappointment of cheap poor quality far outlasts the satisfaction of a more expensive but long lasting superior product.
