The young Girl in the drive thru VERY RUDE. I was getting money to pay and she shut the window and walked away. I didn't know there was no charge but she could have said THANK YOU or something besides walking away. The guy in the other hand was very nice and friendly and helpful.

I have had countless issues with this pharmacy & I should of already changed pharmacies but there is one gentleman who is VERY friendly who has worked there a while & having to go through the hassle of transferring all my prescriptions to Walgreens down the road is not on my high priority list. Most recently, my doctor changed me from ozempic to mounjaro due to the ozempic shortage. This was Nov. 22nd. Today (Dec. 14th) I finally decided to discuss this with my doctor as well as the pharmacy. Assuming this was an issue with shortage or insurance, I was wrong. Cvs has been just sitting on my prescription, when it could of already been filled. Ms. Heather (whether by mistake or on purpose) put me on hold to check if it was in stock & I was swiftly sent to an answering machine system. I understand they are busy & most likely don't have enough help. However, I've already been waiting an exceedingly long time for this prescription. So ofcourse, I called back & she answered again & immediately said it would be filled later today. My constructive criticism would be for this pharmacy to do better when it comes to communicating with their customers about their prescriptions in a timely manner. We don't get a call or text at all with updates if there are issues. My new years resolution will be to finally take the time to switch over to Walgreens down the road. I would not refer a friend to this pharmacy, I would actually highly suggest they go somewhere else. I'm entirely surprised they are still in business with the options of kroger & Walgreens. I initially got my prescriptions filled at kroger but my insurance wasn't covering them to be filled there any longer which is why I had changed to cvs across the street. Krogers customer service, communication skills & efficiency highly surpasses this particular CVS.

Can’t get a real person to answer the phone. It’s just a computer automated voice. When I’m there in person, some of the people that work in the pharmacy are not friendly at all. It’s very awkward & I dread going back.

Workers behind the Pharmacy are just straight up rude ! Literally in line before closing time, she made eye contact and closed gate right in front of me ! I said something like really I'm right here and she could only say at 7:01 we closed at 7:00 while the person in front of me was having a conversation with her. Yes, I had antibiotics there but, so did my 17 month baby (with Pneumonia) never again will I go back there !

I went here after being diagnosed with influenza A. I picked it because I had used it before without issues and it was close. I was told my prescriptions were ready and went to the counter. I was told the amount of money and then told they were out of Tamiflu! i asked if they would call another pharmacy and the girl said "yes. I would recommend you call them though first because a lot of people are out". i stood in their store calling pharmacies while I felt horrible! Kroger's across the street had the prescription. The customer service was very poor. Loved how they filled the ones they had without asking me. I will not be returning!

Terrible experience here. I literally recorded it. Got mad at me because I asked for a flu mask. My mother could hardly breath and instead of closing down the drive through when I was trying to drop off was told we're closing soon come inside very rudely. So go inside and there were no trash cans to throw anything away. They kept making rude remarks about my mother and I. I looked at my mother (our conversation) and said if I knew how much it is I'd just leave the money with you and go to the car. Pharmacist looked at me and said we're trying to help you. You don't need to throw anything. Uhh never said I was gonna. Came time to pay. Mine was 1.25. I had already had 22 cents in my hand and the Dollar. I said let me pull these pennies because I only needed 2. Pharmacist or store manager whatever he is said and I quote "you better hurry up before this register closes down and I don't complete this transaction. Really? I guess my money isn't green enough. I have never had this problem at the bridge Street location. I will never have this problem with Western avenue store again because my mother nor I will ever give them any business again. These people actually made me cry. Like I stated I have it recorded.

2 bad experiences. 1) employee showed displeasure of a medication the doctor told me he would prescribe but did not send to the pharmacy.. instead of saying that I should get back in touch with the doctor to have him send it over she was rude. 2) employee showed annoyance over medication which was prescribed in which there is a miscommunication with the doctor. Medicine was ultimately prescribed the same day however I heard the employee complain about the script even though as a customer it was not my fault being that I have no medical license to prescribe medication.Just pick somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. Clearly the pharmacist and employees saw me sitting at the drive thru window. 10 min I drive around. I pushed button before doing so 3 times and they ignored me. come here if want the usual idgaf about customers treatment... but if you want to be treated like a an appreciated customer THEN DRIVE 50 MORE FEET TO WALGREENS .

I came to this pharmacy to get my flu shot, and the pharmacist, Dr. Kyle Gildow, was so kind and professional! I can tell he takes really great care of his patients. The other pharmacist, Sheri Rarick, is so sweet, as well! What a wonderfully ran pharmacy with great service!

Called 2/23 to pickup meds and CVS said they don't have anything. The doctor sent them in on 2\14. And CVS called me an hour and 1 minute after the doctor to tell me i cant get them until 2\21. So CVS losed the script. This is very very poor service. Its always something with there service.

This pharmacy was at one time A place you could trust, But not any more, we have been using their services for several years,But any more you can’t trust them.they made A mistake on both my wife’s meds , The problem seems the help is always changing new people all the time, after telling them so many times they acknowledged the mistakes on my wife’s meds but still refuse to give back the $ 30.00 they overcharging on my meds,,I will take my business elsewhere,,
