Service was good. Had 7 of 8 things I needed the one thing that they didn't have exactly what I needed but they had a good substitute.Update - I'm a very hard grader when it comes to reviewing anyplace I comment on. I would just like to take a moment to update my previous review of Central Central Hardware, which I almost never do. I have added a 5th star which is rare for me. Why have I done this... simple. *Consistently Great Service.* I don't know who owns, or runs this place but they are doing a great job staffing or training the people I have dealt with. It truly is the one way small business can compete with and outshine the big box stores!

You order product given a price and when you pick it up the price has change and it was ordered by phone call to the store and given the price in person and it was a substantial change in price sounds like taking advantage

I would highly recommend this location very helpful, I’ve been there twice yesterday and today one young man was very helpful and understood what I was looking for plus today the owner of the was very friendly helpful and understood what I was looking for after I explained what I needing to do . Thank you for help and the cashiers are always friendly.

This place has been around forever. Great staff, very customer oriented. Store is organized very well. Reasonably priced. Ground level entrance, wheel chair accessible. Best price I have found refilling fuel tanks for gas grills and fire tables. Staff go out of their way to help customers.

I love this store. Find memories with my dad when i was little. The feeling of old school hardware stores, not so modern takes me back every time i walk in. 💚 Also, they have everything here. N you can find any bolt or tiny piece you need, cleaning supplies, small tools, tiny tools, outdoor gear for all weather, key making employees in the back if you need a key copied (only house keys), you can also drop off packages here but i cant remember the company exactly-either ups or FedEx or maybe both and even others. The workers are always very knowledgeable and i think they also offer a rental company for moving trucks... They used to buy not 100% if they still do or not. Will forever be one of my top favorite stores in Chillicothe!

I love going to central center hardware they're very good at keeping all kinds of things in a stop if you can't find anything at Lowe's or menards go to the central center hardware and the people there are very informative and I treat you like they used to treat you back in the old days As a customer they cater to you the best they can like it used to be and I'll you guys remember that remember very well the whole time I was growing up It used to be where people had respect for other people they treated people with respect I traveled coast to coast and there aint nobody out there that treats people who let that use to our world is going to hell there is a lot of evil walking this Earth right now if somebody don't stop it we are in trouble

Very large parking lot for a 30’ R.V. To access easily. They sell R.V. Needed supplies. Call ahead first to see if they are not sold out. 6 miles from Sun Valley Campground.

Best service in town.. knowledgeable staff to help with whatever do it yourself project you might have.. good place for wood pellets and bird seed as well.. You can always get a good parking spot, and they help load anything into your truck.. way better than a big box store..

Customer service was friendly and very knowledgeable. Store was clean and well organized. I always enjoy going there because eventhough they don't offer as much as the bigger stores, they make up for it with different things that the bigger ones don't carry!!!

This is the sweetest spot in Frankfort. Very nostalgic. The owner, operators are the greatest of people. Its fun to visit, but they always have what i need too! Or will order it for next day.

Little old and outdated like Sears of Chillicothe ohio was as times change and years pass never updated building good for historical relevance but bad for business there isn't much of us old timers left to appreciate simple stuff so with times changing don't offer much

Small hometown store. Has a good selection but don't expect a lowes style selection as they are a smaller store. People I think are a little more personable than lowes. I do think some things are priced a little high so check before you buy

I was shipped a platform bed frame with one missing and one stripped wingnut. I went thinking to get a small assortment of nuts and washers to hold the frame together. However, Gabe not only found the needed wingnuts but also took time to see if model glue was available for a model I wanted to put together. Thank you for great customer service. I was a fine jewelry manager for years until disabled and this was good service.

If you can't find anywhere. You should have started at Central Center Hardware. They have alot of enventory for what looks like a small little store. Don't let that fool you they are big on service.
