The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because I felt that my brand new washer and dryer the guys delivering it could of token five extra minutes to wipe the mudd and dirt off my pedestals that they put there. Other than that the delivery guys were very nice, fast at hooking everything up, and big Sandys of course is always my favorite to shop at for household goods.

I’ve had nothing but a horrible expierence buying from big Sandy’s . First when we bought the item we were told it would come put together then went to pick up a day before a major holiday we were hosting with it just in boxes and nothing but an oh sorry hope you have time to put it together . Then after less than a year of owning the table the table is ruined just from normal usage . I’ve contacted since it’s under a 1 year manufacture warranty and they want to do nothing about it and by just form a few pictures , not even looking in person they’re stating it’s water damage .We don’t know of any thing that could cause this other than normal usage of a dining table . Looking at the reviews of the product people had this happen from just sitting a cold glass on the table . I contacted the manufacture and they said there’s nothing they can do since we bought from a 3rd party . So I suggest if you want to purchase something , just do it from the original manufacturer instead of here because they will do absolutely nothing to help you and just want your money . Also don’t waste your money on their cheaply made , high priced Ashley Furniture .

Ashley was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I can’t wait to get my chair and ottoman which will be delivered Friday.I stopped to look at another chair I had a picture of. Ashley showed it to me and it was beautiful, however I saw this one and I changed my mind.Positive experience!

Service was great! A very nice and helpful salesman helped me right away and I informed him that I was looking for an "Out of the box washer" he then showed me the different washers that were in their warehouse sale once I picked one he took me to the gentleman that does the Acima credit. Once I was approved he then passed me on to a very nice saleswoman to look at recliners she was also very helpful. Can't wait to get all of my new items delivered next week. Highly recommend!! I will definitely continue to shop there

Absolutely loved the deal rec'd on an open box upright freezer! Saved hundreds! Best deal around! Love the freezer!When I came back to pick it up, I went inside to let them know I was there. They said it wouldn't take long to get it ready, and I thought they said they'd text me at that time. So, my son and I went out and sat in our vehicle to wait. Over 30 minutes later (maybe well over), I stopped some employees heading in, asking about it. They went in, looked into it, and said it had been ready for pick up for quite a while. They'd been repeatedly paging me inside the store. Okay, if I misunderstood how they'd contact me when it's ready, first, why would they let me walk out the door after saying they'd be paging me shortly inside? Second, if they're paging me inside the store for a half hour or more, wouldn't it make sense to maybe call or text my number? I mean, were they just going to page me for eternity? Even if it was my misunderstanding, they should've called or texted me after a short period, knowing that I was physically just in there shortly before (as opposed to being en route to the store, or something that would make more sense as to why I was not responding to the multiple pages). Again, I acknowledge that I may have misunderstood what was said to me, but they should've handled it better on their end. It's what kept me from giving this review 5 stars.

Great service, Ashley and Tracy are the best. Ashley was very pleasant and extremely patient with my indecisiveness on a number on furniture decisions. Ashley and I continue to work toward additional furniture decisions and she has not once wavered in my endless desire to have the perfect sectional setup. Thanks again to Ashley and Tracy for making this not so simple project, as enjoyable as possible.

I was very happy with Shannon’s attitude and willingness to work with me. But what is frustrating to me is that I was told in 2019 when I bought a brand new washer and dryer after my 5 year warranty was up. I was able to use the $350-$400 towards my next purchase. They never specified on what it had to be. Just told me I could use it on a future purchase. I was not able to use that money towards this purchase. It’s very aggravating to be told it is only for certain things in the store. I also didn’t purchase the warranty for my new set as it is only used for furniture and bedding.

They accidentally wrote me up for the wrong product, but when I noticed it and went in they were quick to fix it. I would recommend for there awesome deals and kind staff!

Went to purchase a refrigerator. Was greeted by a pleasant young woman who took us to the appliance section and introduced the sales people. We were concerned about making sure the new unit would fit and the sales person showed us where to find the posted measurements and looked up measurements for one that wasn't posted. Made our decision and completed our purchase in short order.

Tara was kind, knowledgeable and helped us get the most bang for our buck…. However it seems availability dates of furniture were fabricated and when I ask about it she doesn’t respond. Just have been ignored twice when I ask questions that she apparently doesn’t have a good answer for.

If I could rate zero stars I would they delivered my $1300 chair in no box in two pieces after I was assured it would be in boxes before committing to the purchase as I would have to store it in my garage for a month before I can use itextremely unhappy is putting it lightly will never buy from Big Sandy againUpdate: talked to a customer service representative who told me that their furniture does not come in a box this was 100% a lie because the guys who delivered it told my wife that they took it out of the boxes because that’s what they do and that if they had been told to leave it in the box they would have so not the deliverys fault also I have talked to to costumer service twice and my wife has also talked to someone at the store who said they would “”get back to her”” and it has been weeks I would still give zero stars if I could and this will be first and last time buying from them I have learned a valuable lesson that they will bend over backwards to get your money but after that don’t expect them to follow through with anything they have said get in writing so you can pursue them legally
