The employees are friendly and take their time with each customer. The only gripe I have is the prices in this store are not like the old days, when Big lots was called Odd Lots. I believe that a store that advertises as a discount store should have lower prices. The prices should not be similar prices like other department stores.

There were a lot of toys with no prices so I went to the cash register with a few questions. My cart was full of last minute Christmas presents but as I got up to the one open register, I said to the girl behind it, can you do price checks on these please? She seriously looked at me and said," Jesus Christ, I'll be here all night." My name is not Jesus Christ. She then walked over and answered the ringing phone while her 2 coworkers stood there doing nothing.I guess my business was not important because she stayed on the phone and I left the store.

I had an issue where I placed an online order for furniture. When I went to pick up my items I was told the order was accidentally cancelled, but they had the items in stock. So I paid for the same items in store and took them home. Well it turns out the online order was not cancelled and I was double charged. Normally this would cause me to give a very poor review, but with the help of the store manager she got the situation handled. I'm currently waiting for the money to be refunded onto my card (which I know will take a few days). The manager was very helpful, calling to check up on me and to give me updates on the situation. She is amazing and has excellent customer service care. This will not keep me from shopping here again.

This location is always clean. The staff is amazing. They will literally stop to make sure you are finding what you're needing. They take you to where the item is which doesn't happen in a lot of locations.

Pros and cons here..Price wise? If you are looking for specific items, from my experience, there is a moderate chance you'll find a deal. There are also great coupons offered. I wouldn't personally do my "everyday" shopping here (e.g. groceries). For the sake of saving a penny. But, if you value your personal space and peace over that, Big Lots offers less of the looming anxiety I have generally felt at other major stores like Wal Mart or Kroger.That being said, I've found some great home items here to adorn my living space. At competitive prices. I also had a great experience with after-holiday clearance. The selection and deals were better than Wal Mart.

I like this store before. But now it's even better. I have been buying my phone holders from here. And auxiliary cables. Although this time. They did not have them. Or at least. The kind I like. I had asked. For some help finding the particular cable I was looking for. Jonathan. Left what she was doing. And immediately began helping me. And in no time. Found what I was looking for. She done it. In a genuine. Eye Care. Manor. Which is a shocking! But very welcome change. She was very professional courteous and kind. I told her. I would be putting her in for management. Because she should be management. Turns out! She is. LOL! So! Good job Big Lots! Jonathan is an assistant manager. I told her. I would be putting her in for full manager. So! Make her a full manager. Signed. Your customer. LOL! Good job. Will definitely be back.

I've looked all over for a small bookcase and couldn't find one that wasn't outrageous in price. I found one here priced well below what others were asking. Good job Big Lots!

A bit messy & unorganized but overall a decent discount store, even though I truthfully don't believe your getting much of a discount on the majority of the items for sale in the store.(Found multiple items @ Walmart for a better price)

Crappy service. Rude employees and a very messy store. And the bathrooms are very disgusting all kinds of drugs being done in those bathrooms not to mention the staff are incompetent and can't even get a grocery order correctly. Lazy non clean disorganized store

They display furniture on the showroom floor, but have limited to no stock on hand and refuse to sell the display. I called four of their stores in three different counties to find one chair in stock. NOT IMPRESSED !

They have done away with lots of items that they used to carry and that we like to go in there and look at and buy and now they're trying to be more about their Furniture it really sucks they trun Big Lots into like a cut down Walmart which really sucks will not go there again

Every thing I wanted was made in China which I will not buy. Big Lots has changed. Everything is more expensive but not better quality. I used to walk out with my basket full, not anymore.
