An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.

This coffee shop is amazing. The inside is beautiful. The portions are huge. Especially the muffins. They have a large variety of home baked goods. Hot cocoa was excellent. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I want to come back and try something for lunch. They also have lots of gluten free stuff, but I'm not into that. The staff was nice and friendly. It felt warm and cozy there. And they have a drive thru.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free muffinsWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking out front. No stairs. Easy to get a wheelchair in the door. Wide enough space between counter and seating.

An absolute hidden gem where the coffee is not only unbelievable but the cakes are a delight and the decor of the inside is welcoming, classy and with great taste. The scones, muffins are delicious and truly daily home made from scratch. The most amazing thing is the prices!! The quality and standard and the amazing service is worth the trip!!! Loved it!!

My daughter and I attended a Christmas cookie decorating event today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In addition, we ordered a latte, bagels, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious and I was thankful for such a great value in today’s economy. I hope to attend more events at this establishment and plan to stop in the future for more goodies!Kid-friendliness: They held a Christmas cookie decorating event for children.

First time visit and I wish I knew about Coffee Works before this visit! I had the pumpkin muffin and the pumpkin coffee. Both were delish! Coffee refills are 25 cents. The pumpkin muffin was baked fresh and was still warm! Yum! So good. They offer a great variety of pastries including some breakfast and lunch items.The facility was very clean and comfortable and the employees were top-notch friendly and helpful. Worth the stop!!

I really liked this coffee shop back when it was still Arabica but it changed to Coffee Works and got a new owner maybe like 5 years ago? And she was awful! Very rude and unpleasant and the coffee/food went way down in quality so I avoided coming here which was a shame because I really liked to come here to study or do work. I gave it a try again today (after avoiding this place for a few years) and saw it is under new ownership! The difference is amazing! It's a positive environment again, even the employees look happier! I'm so happy to be able to come here again and have a pleasant place to work and enjoy great coffee and food 😊

Stopped by CoffeeWorks today for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delicious! Way better than Starbucks or Dunkin as it was strong coffee and not so artificial pumpkin flavor. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years and the owner has always been super friendly to me, my family and friends. CoffeeWorks has amazing fresh made breakfast sandwiches, turkey BLT’s, daily fresh muffins & cookies and strong drip coffee. I would highly recommend this local coffee shop in Chesterland!

I have come here at least four times now and 3/4 times they’ve messed up my order. Every time I know I ask for iced coffees yet they automatically give them hot unless it’s a specialty drink. When brought to the baristas attention she put it in a different cup. Instead of remaking the drink to what I originally asked for, she proceeded to add ice to the hot drink. We all know how much ice it takes to cool it down so go figure, it was awful, watered down, couldn’t even taste the coffee. Will definitely be finding another coffee shop in the area.

Not sure how this place is in business. Baked goods were hard as a rock. Coffee was luke warm and had a strange after taste. The person behind the counter asked like I was bothering her when I came in to order. It's a shame that old place left. Quality and service is dreadful here.

Staff is hardworking and honest. Purchased a Clevelander and coffee both were great. Price is comparable to McDonald's but with greater selection in beverages without the long wait when i arrived. Outside menu needs be updated but if you don't have cash they accept credit services. Also they have outdoor patio with seating inside.

Nice display of tasty looking bakery but l didnt get any. Sumatran coffee was a little rancid. Would have preferred to put my own cream in, as there was too much. Ice cream was fresh and good quality but the 1 scoop was maybe a half. I was sure glad they were open though, and l did not complain.

I usually never leave reviews but this place is embarrassing. I asked for a medium iced mocha cappuccino with oat milk and watched the woman, who could barely keep her mask on her face and her attitude in check, put ice, regular milk, and mocha in the cup that was smaller than any medium I’ve ever seen. I should’ve returned it right then and there. It was way overpriced for what I received and wasn’t even made remotely correct. Thanks for the chocolate milk.

Owner and staff very friendly. The mocha is better than anywhere I've ever tried. I try to go before work because they have the best breakfast sandwiches of anywhere. I udually get ham, provolone and egg on an Asiago bagel! They added hashbrowns finally....

I ordered an iced latte. First time tasted like only milk but I wanted to give them another shot.I wanted my iced latte to have some more kick to it instead of only milk so I ordered a quad. The baristas were so kind but confused, I had to explain what that meant.They made a drink that I thought was for someone else, and handed it to me. They use *cold brew* that they call espresso for their iced drinks. (That explains why my first drink had zero coffee taste.) This second drink was almost all cold brew. I didn’t order a cold brew, I wanted a latte. The baristas said they always use cold brew espresso (and what is that?) for iced drinks. They did offer to make me an actual iced latte but said it would melt the ice. By that point, and no offense to those baristas, I did not want to pay $5 for a sub par drink and asked for my money back. Nobody there knew how to do that and it was yet another few minutes to get my money to go get an honest and true latte.It took forever- there is a lack of training which is not the baristas fault, that’s on management. To sell a drink with completely different ingredients without disclosing it is so underhanded. Not to mention being charged different amounts before I made my drink a quad- that’s odd. Trust is involved with food and they broke that for me. My only advice is go here if you want to try cold brew and have an hour to spare.Two stars only because the baristas did offer to try to make an iced latte, and after pointing out issues like being rung up incorrectly, what a pump of syrup means, what a quad is, clarifying that their medium cup is a small cup, trying to convince me that cold brew is the same as espresso if not better (not what I ordered) then having to call the owner or manager to get my refund… throughout it all they were kind and did fix everything they could. Train them and don’t make those nice baristas lie about lattes. We all deserve better.
