Oddly, my previous review has been removed and now they suddenly have a 4.7 rating lol! This pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE! The pharmacist Jill is completely unprofessional and purposely goes out of her way to make customers wait longer then they should. Her poor attitude and lack of empathy should be plenty enough reason she should be fired. Emily the other pharmacist is a godsend. She treats everyone with compassion and is kind and will bend over backwards to ensure her customers are happy. Everyone should be re-trained by her.

Love the drive thru! I am disabled and it makes my life much easier. The staff is very friendly and personable. I love the texting option. They text you when your prescription is ready for pickup.

Awesome store! Pharmacy has the best staff. They are friendly and treat people like they would want to be treated. Unlike nearby CVS (Bainbridge, Chardon) who don't really care if you return or not.

Tried to get a Covid-19 test here twice. First time, I got a text message cancellation as I was pulling into the parking lot. Second time, a few days later, there was a cardboard sign saying no test. Drove 30 minutes while sick to be turned away twice

They don’t have a pharmacist. Also good look getting ahold of them they don’t pick up the phone ever. Definitely the worst CVS or place to go get your medicine around.

I go in here a lot and I always get good and friendly service. Managers are really nice people. Excellent place for Chesterland.
