A very rude store owner and I will never go in this store again. To your reply...... your attitude says it all. Your treatment to a disable child is disgusting. Nobody asked you to babysit. You were only asked to allow a child to ask you a couple questions because he is working on social skills. Sounds like your the one that needs to work on your social skills.

To Whom it May Concern,I would like you to be aware of an intolerable situation that occurred in your store in Canal Winchester, OH on Thursday, September 7, 2023. I am a speech therapist who works in the Canal Winchester area. I was introducing my 11-year-old patient to the social skill of social interaction and decided to bring him into your store, same as I have done at many other stores in your area.I tried to engage Terry, the franchise owner, and found him to be very rude and demeaning. Terry offered us no other option but to leave. My patient, his younger sister, their mother, and I were highly offended by his inappropriate comments, which I am happy to share at a later time. Terry demonstrated inappropriate customer service skills; as well as, how NOT to interact with others. It was clear who was acting like a child.One of the many reasons and purposes of running a business is to engage a patron and make them feel welcomed. Apparently, Terry does not care to deal with the public. One of the many rude comments Terry made was insinuating that we were not going to buy anything. Well on the contrary, I always try to buy something. I like to patronize the business that we visit and practice the skill of making transactions.I know there are 4 less people Terry will have to worry about having to deal with. As a resident of canal Winchester, and a mother of child with autism, I will not patronize this store. The manager is discriminatory against people with disabilities.A part of these kid’s therapy’s is going to local stores to learn how to ask questions, pay for their purchases and manage their money. God forbid they ask you a few questions before they make their purchase. No other store in the area has a problem with this, except this store. Shame on you

You can't beat Wild Birds Unlimited for higher quality bird feeders, feeding stations, seed and accessories. I would consider it all much higher quality than what you would find at Home Depot or Walmart.I stopped in late December to pick up some gifts for my mom and grandma. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was well stocked just 4 days before Christmas. I would absolutely return in the future.

Excellent selection of bird seed, feeders and accessories. An excellent place to buy unique quality gifts for birders. The staff and owner was super helpful, very knowledgeable and demonstrated exceptional customer service! A great establishment to shop for yourself or for others!

Avoid this store if you need mealworms for your birds. Stopped in this location as I was in the area for a funeral/celebration of life. With the recent cold weather I wanted to supplement the supply of mealworms I had on hand and one of the owners helped me, grabbing a pack of 1,000 from the fridge. She started looking at them through the side and said she thought the ones in the back might be "fresher", then said these were fine. Got home later and checked the mealworms and many were dead, and all were very small. I have bought from other WBU locations in the past and have never had a problem like this. I called the store the next day and spoke to the same lady/owner, who said they were having a problem with their supplier, that I could have checked the mealworms before I left the store, etc., and in the end gave me the impression it wasn't her problem. In fact, she recommended I visit a pet store for meal worms (?) as I told her I also feed these to my gecko and box turtle. If I lived local I'd return them but it would be more in gas/time to drive the hour down. Terrible customer service and product.
