I've been to several different veterinarian clinics in my area. All the vets have been wonderful, but the clinic operations and staff all left much to be desired. I believe I've finally found a home at Seven Hills Pet Clinic in Blanchester. All the vets and techs I've met have been outstanding, and the clinic is well-run. My dog and cats receive compassionate, thorough care, whether for a routine exam or a major surgery. I highly recommend this clinic! There is room for improvement, however. My hope is that one day they will become a Fear Free certified clinic, which would make the pet experience even more positive and less stressful.

They were able to complete a cytology analysis on the spot, had the medication on hand my cat needed so I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy, and the staff were very patient with me while I talked over my cat’s health history to try and figure out what was relevant. I forgot the name of the vet I saw (bad with names, sorry!) but he was very professional and efficient. I felt like he took me seriously and he answered all my questions.

Not a fan! First time there I had a scheduled appointment for my dog. I waited an hour before seeing by a tech. Front desk and all other workers were not the friendliest and I feel like everyone was having a bad day. I won't be going back it wasn't welcoming and it was too pricey.

The staff was extremely helpful, caring, and compassionate! My crazy cat had to have emergency surgery for eating thread. Dr Ramesh was AMAZING. She and Jessie stayed late, took their time to help, and meticulously got all of the thread out of my boy. He has recovered great and is back to being a jerk.

My son had one of his pygmy goats in for a couple of problems.The staff was fantastic, very smart, very helpful.The price was pretty steep, but about as expected. They were trying to help with that but could only do so much.

11/24/2023 I lost my dog. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional staff. Ashley Mae and Dr. Hogan were top notch. They gave me all the time I needed to make my hard decision and had the answers to all my questions. Thank you guys for your hospitality during this hard time for myself.

This is FOR the Blanchester location.I took my 3 almost 4 years old pit in due to multiple seizures back to back. Once I arrived they put me in a room, nurse came and asked what was going on and said Dr would be right in.the Dr was not. When he finally came in he confirmed it was seizures accused me of allowing my dog to get into medicine(which is not possible) I noticed her lymph nodes were swollen and he did not address that issue at all. Said we were doing blood work and left. During the waiting process my dog actively siezured in the middle of their exam room and no one came back in to check on her, I had to finally get someone. When someone finally came back in during her actively seizing which was about 40 mins later said I was getting a prescription and blood work was fine and to go home. Dr never came back in. Tech gave my dog medicine to stop the seizures (which didn't stop them) and sent me on my way. As I walked out to pay the Dr was walking out of the office to go home and once again said my dog shouldn't be siezuring and that she got into medicine at home ( again not possible for many reasons). When I got my dog home she was still actively seizing the rest of the night. The next day I called the Loveland office and got her blood work sent to me and to no surprise her blood work was NOT normal! I ended up speaking with a complete different vets office who confirmed the blood work was signs of liver failure. So now here we are 5 days later as she is still sizing and keeping her comfortable til my family has to make a decision on a dog I took in at 3 weeks old, raised, bonded with and became my 10yr olds best friend now has to be put down only after a few years. The Blanchester Dr was rude, rushed me, and put my concerns to the side, accused me of allowing my dog to get into things, I fully believe didn't even look at the blood work ,just so he could leave and go home. I was at the vet for a total of almost 2 hours and say the Dr one time for maybe 10 ,and that's being generous. The Loveland office staff were great in all in chaos especially Ashley! Unfortunately though due to the awful experience from blanchester I will not take any of my animals back to seven hill. If you choose to use this vet my advice is go to the Loveland location where they are more knowledgeable, proactive, and have better bedside manners if you want to help your fury baby.

Absolutely love Seven Hills Pet Clinic. Gave them a look after they posted a summer special to get my cat (RagDoll) neutered. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, polite, and caring. We had a great conversation with the front desk staff. Loved this office so much, taking my other cat (Beans) this week for the same procedure. I appreciate a vet office that goes flawless and welcome you as family. Thank you for what you do, we will be a long time customer. A+++++

Kelsi, Zoey, Jamie helped us a lot with our dog, they are knowledgeable, helpful, caring, nice and friendly. It's a busy place, a lot of pets are being taken care of there.

My dog had a really bad ear infection and the vet we typically use was unable to see him on a Friday afternoon. I called down to Seven Hills Pet Clinic and they were able to see my dog that same night. They cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails, and prescribed the meds he needed for his infection. They were great with my dog and even called the following Monday to check in on him. Very pleased with the service we received and would definitely use them again in the future.

Everyone is so kind and patient with our fur babies. Dr. Ramesh is very kind and loving and explains everything in detail. Also, she went over my female which never happens so she's the best in our book!! Jessie is also a great asset to this office. ❤️

I will always take my boys here, even after moving 3 plus hours away. The techs, RVT's, and Doctors are always patient and thorough with me, especially when the decision is hard. Whenever i call they always have an answer for me by the end of the phone call, and never make me feel bothersome with my million questions. This clinic is worth the drive, and the price. The Loveland location is also amazing.

Called to see how much it would cost to put my dog down and the woman on the phone told me that it would be $197. I'm so glad that $197 is what you want to charge people who have to make the hard decision to put a dog to sleep that's extremely uncalled for to charge that much and no explanation besides your greedy will justify changing that much, you're taking advantage of people who are basically in morning

Pets become our family, we don't have children of our own so our dog was our baby. We knew something was wrong with our dog so we brought him in - he was a lot sicker than we originally thought. He had cancer and did not have much time left. We ended up having to put him down. The staff at Seven Hills can be described with a lot of adjectives but I think the most appropriate one would be "gracious". They made the hardest day of our lives a little easier. We genuinely appreciate the kindness and love shown to us. If we ever decide to get another dog, they will be our vet for life!

Great team of folks here. On this occasion we were in with an aging k9 who means the world to me w/ severe pain. Hope for the best, expect the worst...They all took great care of my girl today, as has been my experience with all of their team. First time using this vet and we will be switching to them going forward. Called with a new patient at 6:30 in the evening and were able to see the vet at 7. Staff were very kind, informative about pricing, and handled our nervous puppy so well. They immediately took care of her pain and scheduled her for surgery this week. After dealing with multiple offices and waiting weeks for her to get help, it was such a relief to finally find a vet and staff to be willing to help her.

This place is fantastic!!! I always feel at ease when we drop our fur babies off!!! The staff is super friendly, their hours are the best for those of us who work weird hours and the quality of care is phenomenal!! Highly recommend!!
