My wife loves this place! I think she stops here at least twice a week. She usually stops for one item and ends up walking out with a whole cart! :-) we have closets full of stuff from family Dollar. It's probably her favorite store. :-)

I have never been so insulted by any other business in existence. AUBI from the Winchester, Ohio location has got to be the rudest customer sales representative I have ever had the unfortunate experience in having to deal with! This woman has TWICE now falsely accused me of stealing from the store! The first occurrence happened years ago in which the store banned me. When I was made aware of the issue I contacted the area supervisor in Mayesville KY and asked her to review the camera in which Aubi claimed I was recorded visibly stealing. The supervisor contacted me a week or so later and informed me that she reviewed the footage and she had no idea how the store came to that conclusion. She stated that I did not steal and that I was not banned. The area supervisor cleared my name. After being cleared by the supervisor i continued to shop at this location, as I live in Winchester. Today IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS Aubi once again accused me of stealing. After informing her that I am not a thief, Aubis response was "ANYMORE" and referred to the situation in which my name was cleared years ago! I have never been so humiliated! I write news articles for News Break and I am going to let the public know about this situation! From now on I will gladly take my money to the next nearest store. As long as Aubi is employed with at this store I will not step foot inside this location! I will recommend to all to shop elsewhere! Of all things to accuse a person of stealing... I was accused of stealing only half of a bottle of gummy vitamins and I apparently poured them INTO MY BRA LOL Aubi is extremely UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I am disgusted!!!!!

This Family Dollar is convenient for us. Closer to our home makes it nice to be able to get items we forgot at the store or something we need during the week. The prices are not bad considering everything going up.. The store staff are always nice! The shelves isn't always stocked but this can't be helped with items not coming in.. please don't blame the employees/staff for this reason its out of their hands. I myself understand!!

Always a wait to checkout, I'm sure it's staffing related, which isn't fair to the staff or customers. Nothing is priced, which is frustrating. The staff are always very kind, but I feel bad for them, as they're always having to be 3 places at once between stocking, cleaning, and running register. This is my only local stop for convenience, I wish they were better managed.

I just want to recognize the new manager kelsea i believe her name is. I appologize for the spelling. However 2 days ago i had an issue with an item i purchased being defective and kelsea was very helpful very polite and kind. I just feel its important to give credit where it is due especially since i had a major problem with the managers of this store 3 years ago!

Clean store. Professional employees. Large selection of goods. Fast check outs. They were stocking shelves and they did rotate the stock. Putting the new in back so no outdated sales. Very nice.
