I was hesitant to book a detail bc I’ve never had one done before, BUT our truck looks brand NEW again and smells new! Every inch of it was polished inside and out. SEAT STAINS REMOVED and white dog hairs out of the black carpet. ALL FABRIC WAS CLEANED. The WINDOW TINT looks amazing too!All done in one day.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. They even kept it in the garage an extra night to avoid the rain.Easy pick up and drop off.Convenient online pay.I’ve already booked an appointment. For my car and I will use this service again.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My truck has 100k miles and I have two small children. Between sports, work and play my truck gets pretty dirty. Beyond satisfied! Bought a car 2 months ago it desperately needed a very DEEP clean. It was gross! I had my car at another detailer a week ago and it was returned completely filthy still! Contacted Pemberton and he was happy to get my car cleaned right! Previous shop said they couldn’t get seats cleaner and the refused to do my headliner. They didn’t even attempt to clean vent, cubbies or crevices. Pemberton did a fantastic job getting my seats almost 100% and they got my headliner cleaned! Pictures are from after the previous shop cleaned but before Pemberton and then after Pemberton! It’s like night and day! Will definitely be taking my cars to Zach from now on!

Review short version: Fantastic!!Review long version: Now for a bit more information which I hope serves to help others in their decision-making process.Pemberton Detailing completed paint correction, ceramic coating, window tent, wrapped the roof + mirrors in black, and did a chrome delete (blackout) on our 2017 Lexus RC 350 F-Sport.The car was purchased pre-owed a few months prior to this and the front end of the car was a bit rough from highway miles and the rest of the car needed some TLC due poor wash habits from the previous owner. Having some experience working in a body shop in my younger years and having an eye for details, I knew what was needed to bring it back but didn't have the time to do the work myself. After a bit of research, I found Zach and his team at Pemberton Detailing.Let me just start with this. Pemberton Detailing is not your average car wash/detail shop. These guys do high level, professional automotive work and they do it well. Zach was able to present and explain all of the options for my car and my budget to help me make an informed decision before getting started. They kept me posted via text message along the way from drop off to pick-up.There were a few issues along the way but how the problems were handled is honestly what left such a positive impression around the experience. Rather than just letting something leave the shop in hopes that the customer will be okay with the work, Zach notified me of the issue and even upgraded the material used from vinyl to black PPF. It wasn't that the shop did a poor job on the roof and mirror wrap, it was that the material that I selected didn't achieve the results that Zach wanted to see. He re-did the work and upgraded the material at no cost to me. I hadn't even seen the car at this point so this didn't come from a complaint or something I had to ask for. He just did it because he only wanted to best possible work to leave the shop. Customer service goes a long way!In the end, I am thrilled with the work! The car looks absolutely amazing 🙂I'll be bringing future cars to Pemberton Detailing and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD!!P.S. Zach and his team at Pemberton are top notch! Its very hard to find someone that will take care of your vehicle like it’s their own and make sure everything is perfect. The first car I took there had paint protection done and was ceramic coated and let me tell ya, you can not go wrong with that. Zach explained everything he did and how to care for it at home if I were to detail it myself. I enrolled in the detail program so they could keep it looking brand new and I can assure you it always did. Now we are working on my camaro which will be ceramic coated soon.I’ve also never had a problem with rescheduling due to my ever changing work schedule and luck with weather. Ok, so after I spent over $3,400.00 on a detail on one of my cars and PPF and ceramic coating on my 911S, I was told to come back in 4 weeks for a touch up. I have left messages, texts and stopped by three times so far, but no return call from Zack. Here is the conversation I had the last time I stopped by: Hey guys, Zack in? No. Will he be in later today? NO. What day will will he be in next week? I have no idea.. Do you have a number for him that I can call?LOOK ON THE SIGN OUTSIDE!Bad business habits like this will put a company out quick.. We have over 15 cars in our fleet including personal. Zach and the team are AMAZING! Had 2016 Honda Civic sedan detailed. Interior and exterior. Father had used the car to take his 2 dogs to Ritter park. Needless to say, the seats were stained and it smelled like a wet dog!Interior was detailed and it looked amazing! They volunteered to keep it overnight just to give them some extra time on the stains. I have nothing but praise for this shop and their crew. I needed help with my truck and Zach went out of his way to assist me and offer his support when I was passing through town. He is forthright and honest, and his workers are the same. While being helped I observed another vehicle being detailed and I was honestly taken aback but the level of care being taken and how meticulous the detailing service was. I really wish I had a place like this where I live as I would use them consistently. They offer quality work with quality products.
