Disgusted. Bought our same style and shoe as usual without looking in the box, and that's our mistake. When we got home to take the shoes out, we found nasty old used shoes in the box. How tf am I supposed to get a refund for this? No one would believe me! This had to be an employee who stocked the shoes because they were buried with the back stock with the main display. A customer wouldn't have the time to burry a box of shoes. This is gross. Many months have gone by: The last time I was recently obligated to step foot in this big box dumpster, a couple had brought in their puppy late in the evening and it was in a barking war with another barking dog, the puppy peed on the floor near self checkout and no one bothered to clean it up. I stood in line for a while and watched people track it around after trying to point it out to a busy worker. I stood there next to a warm box of "frozen" breaded shrimp someone had decided not to buy and stuck on the top self next to the employee center of self checkout. Still one star. I love dogs btw.

9 out of 10 times I'll go in there to get a specific item it's virtually guaranteed to be sold out. Or, there will be 200 size small and 400 size 4X type of deal. You all know how it is! Also, I don't exactly know how many registers there are but there must be 40 if there's 1. About half of them are "self-checkout" and you'll be extraordinarily lucky if there's 1 cashier manning a checkout. I personally DESPISE self-checkouts, but I saw a documentary about WalMart's self-checkouts that has made me flat out refuse to use them where regardless of whether or not you scanned every item in good faith, if the scanner misses something or you make an honest mistake you're accosted by loss prevention and "arrested", with many people having criminal records because the self-checkouts didn't read something and the customer didn't realize it. BEWARE OF THOSE THINGS AND USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!! One woman bought over $300.00 worth of stuff and something ridiculous didn't scan and she didn't realize it. The item was something like $1.79 (just what my failing memory is telling me). The loss prevention detained her and had her charged with theft!! She spent over $300.00 but "stole" a $1.79 item?!?! Thankfully her case was dismissed by the court but, sadly, there are literally THOUSANDS of people who have been charged with theft when there was clearly no intent present who were not so lucky and ended up with criminal records due to screwed up self-checkouts. You can find the documentary on YouTube easily and see for yourself what WalMart is doing to GOOD, HONEST, PAYING customers due to either an honest mistake or a problem with the self-checkouts. That being said, the store often feels extremely cluttered and dirty/messy. Stock is hit or miss.

If I could rate this Walmart 0 stars, I would. The past 4 times I have shopped here, I have been followed by workers with walkie talkies, almost every aisle I go down. Last time I was here, while looking at a bathing suit, across from me was a male manager in his 40s and a young teenage girl. The manager litterally pointed in my direction, and the girl walked across. The girl then pretended to sort through clothes at the clothes rack next to me. Then the girl proceeded to follow me from rack to rack, while looking at other clothes. Then today, while looking at kids toys and shoes, once again I had a couple different employees casually walk by, or go down the aisle next to me, again pretending to look at things. I was then, even though I checked out at a regular register, stopped at the door and asked for my receipt, after the man had been walkie talkied to do so. It was so embarrassing, especially with a cop right there in Subway, who was eyeballing me up and down the entire time, looking at me all suspicious. The worker at the door proceeded to try and "talk" to me, asking me what I got the items for, and after explaining it was for a kid's birthday party a couple of times, I ignored anything else he had to say and left. The employees here should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER shop here again. Thank you for harassing me for simply buying an easy bake oven and some shoes for a toddler. I am a middle aged woman and have never stolen a single thing in my life, but thank you for making me feel worthless. If you want followed down every aisle, harassed when you've done litterally nothing wrong, and discriminated against, come here.

Sharing my experience here with the Walmart Auto center: I had visited for getting a battery for my nissan sentra. First of all the guy in the auto center was so rude, he directly mentioned that they dont have the battery as he was referring to an incorrect battery model, but after closely looking at the guidebook we figured out that they have the particular battery in stock. Now I requested them to install the same as my battery was almost dead and I had to frequently jumpstart the battery (already jump started 4 times on that day). He straight away said NO. I went ahead and understood their problem and tried to start my car again which wont. So I went in and requested the Manager to request the auto center guy if he could help install the battery, but he said that they wont be able to install as they are replacing tires. I said my case was more priority as my car is not starting due to dead battery. But no one was there to help. Instead the guy from auto center was repeatedly saying that replacing battery was a cakewalk and asked me to go ahead and do that myself although i mentioned I never did that and in this situation I am not in a position as well. But they thought that replacing tires in other cars were more important than just installing a battery which was cakewalk for them and would not take more than 15 mins.Walmart sincere request to you, start charging customers money instead of giving us free service for battery installation. In that way you will go ahead and have sensible employees for a better customer experience.

It's Walmart, what would you expect. Good groceries though. Not enough sportswear for larger people, very disappointing. Very busy, the store is in the middle of remodeling. Only two checkout lanes were open and was very busy and a lot of the self-checkout lane lights were broken, making it look as if the lanes were closed.

Ahoy, bargain hunters! I recently set sail to a Walmart Supercenter, and by the mighty kraken, it was like plundering a merchant ship filled with goods! The aisles were as vast as the open ocean, stocked with everything a pirate or landlubber could desire, from provisions to treasures for the home. The crew, as numerous as a fleet, were scurrying about, aiding shoppers on their quests for goods. The patrons, as diverse as a crew from all corners of the seven seas, were filling their carts like treasure chests. The atmosphere was bustling, like a port town during a trading frenzy. For its endless bounty and lively spirit, Walmart Supercenter gets a hearty five parrots out of five!

Great selection, good prices, huge deal. For me it was a negative that contactless payment is only possible with walmart card. As a European, it is strange for me to have to physically carry my card everywhere, maybe Giant Eagle accepts contactless payment.

My online order pickup took over 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours after check in, I get 8/10 items .And a 2 hour wait time on Tuesday the same week. SMHI don't know what changed, it was much better a few months ago.Put Hunter in charge. He seems to know what he's doing.

Very disappointed, Walmart has changed their pet department location and now shares an isle with laundry detergent and cleaners, this is not safe! I won't buy any of my pets extras from here unless they change it.

If you want to practice being your own cashier while employees watch. Then, have another employee harass you before you leave to save $10-20. This is the place.

It's getting more and more difficult to shop here because of all the carts for online orders and number of employees blocking the aisles. The amount of trash and empty boxes in the aisles make shopping challenging. The self checkout is a definite plus, and the staff who are assigned to the self checkout registers are amazing.

We had the seafood pizza. The place was so busy we had to wait in our car 35 minutes to be seated, thanks to covid. Seriously worth the wait and we will definitely be back.

It is a great local store. They have wonderful service. I like to go shopping there regularly. The pick-up service is quick and organized very well. The vegitables, fruits, nuts, and meats/seafood are always fresh. The check up is quick and effective. The customer service is also nice. Once, I forgot to pick up a merchandise after checking out on the self-check aisle. I noticed it after I arrived home. I drove back and asked them. They helped me to check and could not find it. I thought I had to buy it again. Later, they gave me another new one. I feel I am respected ,trusted and loved by them. I am happy to shop there and spend money there.

This Walmart is decent. Constantly busy, but the self checkouts are a plus. It can be a bit difficult to shop including during the nighttime because it can be messy and having stuff blocking the isles, which is a common occurence. They also rearrange quite a lot, I understand their reasons for doing that but it can make it a hastle when I come in for certain things and don't know where they got moved to, especially when I don't have much time to shop. However, workers have often made me feel welcomed and have been nice to talk to for the times I have went in here.

Had a pickup order set for 9pm-10pm got there at 9 just to receive a text moments later saying it’s delayed, waited for roughly 20 minutes knowing they close at 10 pm for an update received nothing so called and was told that it hasn’t even started to be picked and to call 1800walmart for them to just to give me unsure answers and to wait til the next day to call the store. Received a email at 6am saying my order was ready for pick up even tho the pick up doesn’t start til 8am and I was already at work and couldn’t pick it up. Asked for a refund and told me it’d take 3-7 days even tho this issue was all on their end.

It is worth the drive, I will never go to the Eastlake location. It's very dangerous there. Eastlake needs to shut down.
