TSC in Chardon is amazing! Always clean, well stocked and prices you can't beat. Adam(manager), Teddy, Thea, Wade and the rest of the staff, are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need and very knowledgeable with products. You might walk in as a customer but you'll walk out feeling like family.

Somewhat hard to find someone to help on a Saturday, but once found, extremely helpful. Online has many options not in store, but charge for ship-to-store which isn't industry standard. Everything in the store seemed good quality.

Need better selection of clothing and more average people sized clothes. They always have a boat load 3x and 2x but only one large or medium. Makes no sense to me. But people that work there are friendly.

I like Tractor Supply stores - it seems like some items in Macedonia and Chardon stores are in short supply. I get it, supply chain issues are affecting everything these days. I do like options otherwise and quality products at "reasonable" or expected prices is a good thing. In my opinion, quality clothing is much better than the designer or the cheap stuff that never fits right, wears out or ends up in the donation box in a couple months.

Great customer service! Bought some Muck boots 3 months ago and returned due to a manufacturing defect. Return was easy and walked out 5 min later with a new pair. Very pleased with outcome

Amazing customer service. I bought 20 bags of rock salt which was not on display it was on pallets in the stock room. It was almost closing time and the cashier was super friendly and did not hesitate to say I could still get it tonight. I pulled my truck to the loading area and the guy came out with the pallet and helped me load the 20 bags of salt with no problems. Thank you for going above and beyond even close to closing time. I appreciate it.

Love this place. Go get some tractor parts, a sweet tea and some licorice. Stand around and look at the chicks and pullets and chat up the neighbors. Can't get much better than that.

Couldn't find help. Long lines, 1 cashier, waited 20 minutes. Wanted to buy a Champion woodchipper, shipped to store. They told me I would have to pay a few hundred more for shipping to the store. I went to Home Depot and purchased one....no shipping charges, took it home the same day.

Do NOT buy their chicken food for laying chickens. We were using it and our. Irds stopped laying 6 months ago. We changed the food and boud from a feed mill near us and the birds began laying 2 days later and are all laying today just by changing out the food.. this is all over the internet...

This was a nice Supply store. The staff were super nice and very helpful they were asking if I needed any help as soon as I walked into the store which was nice. A large variety of items everything from tractor and Lawn mower supplies to tools clothing and plenty of animal feed. You can even purchase live chickens and ducks. The buildings parking lot is set back a little bit off the main road and a little difficult to locate but worth the trip to help your project along.

Excellent customer service at this TSC!! Adam is spot on when it comes to making customers happy. This location is a little further from my house than another location but the customer service is 100% better. It's worth going a little further to feel valued as a customer. Too many stores have lost that personal touch!
