My croissant and coffee was amazing! I went through the drive thru with my dog and the gave me a pup cup for her! She enjoyed that very much! Staff was super nice, definitely recommend!

Please make sure your staff understands what. “ open faced “ is ….I get mine open faced so the bacon is cooked done n not left all fatty … They haven’t done it right in the last 2 weeks !!! I’ve been there 4 times in the past 2 weeks and am getting tired of bringing home food I have to finish cooking !!!Never had this problem until recently. You need to teach your staff better. !!

I’m at Starbucks every single day. I was even there on Christmas. With the exception of one day where some idiots decided to mess everyone’s day up with a “pay it forward” prank that never ended, I’ve never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for my order. Generally I order ahead when I’m on my way in and my coffee is waiting on the counter when I arrive. The employees are very professional, exceedingly friendly, and they keep the store spotlessly clean and organized.I’ve never seen them not busy but they always take the time to say hello and make me feel welcome.Chain restaurants are touchy in a place like Chardon where we value relationships over anything else but the crew at Starbucks gets it right.

I will say, this is either a newer Starbucks or newly remodeled, so the inside and outside look great. However, this is the slowest, most unfriendly staff I've ever seen in a Starbucks. This company should secret shop this location. They all move at the same slow speed. No one is smiling or really paying attention to customers. If you happen to get their attention, they act like you're putting them out. They have a lettering system for ordering ahead of time on the app, which they seldom use. They often just throw drinks on the counter under any letter. Doesn't matter what your name is. Another complaint is that I've learned not to trust their app ordering system. I find someone at that location often marks items as not available, but if you go inside, they will have it. My guess is they are hoping customers just won't come if they can't order the drink they want. This is by far the worse Starbucks I've ever been to.

I go here at least 5x a week. The ladies are delightful, they know my name & order. Always friendly and smiling! Never had ANY issues. I see alot of complaints about rudeness, in other reviews, well from experience, it's most likely the customer(s). Chardon is full of 'entitled' rude people, I've worked out here in many places, so i know. Change your attitude and approach or make your own coffee 💓this is the best Starbucks! Honestly I drink a fair amount of Starbucks but of all the ones I go to which are quite a few, this is consistently the worst one.They are usually pretty spot on with ignoring how you request your drink, and most of the time give an attitude when you say something about it.It’s a shame because they expect people to tip before receiving their drinks, but half the time I regret even doing so which is unfortunate. Highly recommend going inside if you have the time, because the drive-through can really just be frustrating.I thought it would be great to have one in Chardon rather than having to go all the way to Concord, but if I have the time I will actually drive there instead

Don’t waste your time ordering what you want because you will get whatever the barista feels like making. This location is convenient but they are the worst run in the surrounding areas. And don’t bother wasting your time asking for them to remake it, because all you will get is a bad attitude and another wrong version of your order.

I was very pleased knowing that Starbucks was coming to Chardon. However, it seems like every other day this location is serving bitter/burnt tasting coffee. I come to Starbucks because I think their regular pike roast is the best coffee to get locally but it is never consistent. Paying over $3 for a terrible cup of coffee is quite ridiculous but if the quality is there I never mind paying extra. I have been driving out of the way to still go to the Concord but I didn't have enough time today and was definitely disappointed.Parking: I wouldn't suggest parking in their lot unless you want to get stuck while the other cars are in line.

We usually never have an issue with starbucks in general. This location has an issue being open, and has issues with how they make their drinks. Most of the coffees we have gotten taste like hot water/milk no flavor. They seem to be missing espresso even when ordering extra. They also never give you napkins or straws. This will probably be the last time we go to this location.

Starbucks is finally coming to my home city! I can't wait!EDIT: Today was my first visit, and I loved every moment of it. They had balloons on the tables to celebrate being open. The staff were friendly and just as excited as I was to be there. My Kiwi Starfruit drink was delicious, and I went happily on my way.

Lots of window, but one rectangular space feels fishbowl-like. The other local cafe options are much more enjoyable to be in. Starbucks is fine for a quick sip.

The WORST Starbucks I’ve been to. Hours are never consistent. Order is rarely correct. Tried charging me $6.05 for a cup of ice water with strawberries when it’s $0.80 at every other location.

I ordered online around 8:34am and then they made my at 8:59am, then made it completely wrong. i ordered a trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew, got a venti cold brew with no sweet cream in it. and i still paid the amount for the trenta. very upset. they made me late for work.

When the store is open, everything has been great but in the last two weeks I have tried twice and both days it was closed. Today a sign said it will be closed the next three days so I assume some staff may have gotten Covid and they are cleaning? No idea, there is no website or Facebook page providing updates. Starbucks aren’t franchised, all stores are owned by corporate. Hey! It’s fine, I’ll go over to Buckeye instead.

It's a shame to see a small town bow to competitive capitalist dogma. Now featuring a Walmart and a Starbucks, Chardon clearly does not care anymore about the local businesses they've encouraged to open in the past decade.There is a wonderful locally-owned coffee shop on an adjacent corner to this Starbucks, that has been serving the best coffee in town for several years, as well as great breakfast and lunch options. Why would the city allow this location to open so close to a popular, dedicated local business?If you're from Chardon, I strongly recommend you visit the Chardon Buckeye Chocolate Cafe that has been so nice to me in the past, has better coffee for cheaper than Starbucks, and even hosts local musicians sometimes. They have 4.7 stars on Google, and they get 5 from me.
