The actual store is nice and so are the employees. But price wise you are better going through Chewy, Amazon or PetSmart. That is just my honest opinion, and once again that has nothing to do with the environment or staff.

Pet Supplies Plus in Chardon has a really extensive variety of pet food brands in all forms including fresh/frozen, canned, and bagged. They are good about refunding money for returns too. Friendly service.

Used curbside pickup and honestly I don’t know why I haven’t been doing that all along when I only need one or 2 items and don’t need to look around to see what I want. Super quick and easy. My first visit the cat litter was SO heavy. I knew this so I was prepared to carry it. Devon came over, picked it up and was just prepared to carry it which was so kind and helpful. He mentioned curbside for next time which I did. When I placed a curbside order he was the one who brought my items out again and did all of the lifting. Very professional.

The cat we have, who is a rescued stray, decided he wants to only eat really good cat food. He intolerant of grain based food, so my choices are limited. I went to Pet Supplies Plus on a mission to try different foods for this silly cat. He hated some of what I bought, so I took it back and bought other stuff.The team at the store was so friendly, and they were very helpful. The store has crazy-wide selection of brands and flavors, and it was reasonably priced. While it's pretty common to bring your pets to a pet store, it was cool to see how welcome the pets are. I recommend the store for sure.

I was looking for a inflatable dog collar to replace the cone which makes my dog uncomfortable. While I was looking one of the staff came by and gave me assistance and a few tips. He was helpful and great. Thanks! 30 November 2022 visit near closing time.

Took my dog in to give him a bath using the self service wash. Paid and was told I was all set to go, as he had radioed back to check while I was paying. Get back there and a girl is cleaning the room, and in no rush to finish even though she saw us waiting. Get into the wash room and since I have a large dog I needed to use the lower was bay. No sprayer, just a hose with a good amount of water pressure. Also no dryer hose just a hole in the wall where it was and air still comes out. The wash room here has slowly gone downhill. All this for $14.

The staff yelled at my dog multiple times while grooming it. If you can’t handle a fidgeting dog you are not capable to be in your position. I am so disgusted with the staff. They had very little patience and were incredibly rude to me personally. On top of that I had to turn around and drive all the way around to pick up my collar. Very disappointed. Hailey is the worker who treated my dog with such disrespect so I hope she gets reprimanded by the staff for her actions. Do not come here.

We went in with two dogs to use the self service dog wash. We were informed the one wash did not have a working dryer tube, which was no problem as we were only going to towel dry. When we got back to the wash the dryer was broken as staff had mentioned, but in addition the water hose did not have an attachment on it to effectively spray our dog with. I asked for the attachment and was unable to be helped and staff seemed unconcerned about helping us in general. I originally asked one staff member for more towels and tried to ask them about the water hose attachment and they walked away oblivious to the fact that I was asking them a question so I went and asked someone else to no avail. I usually go to the Painesville PSP and used to work there. I was shocked at the difference in quality between the two stores and will not return to the Chardon location. The Painesville team members would have been much more attentive to the situation and store leader Marcus would never let the conditions of the dog wash be so terrible. This is not even mentioning the fact that the grooming leads in the dog wash cut my fingers because the metal piece was bare and obviously old and worn.

Took our daughters puppy there for grooming. Young man named Robert was extremely helpful and skilled. Did a great job of grooming and showed us the proper way to brush her coat. We are very satisfied with the service we received.
