The staff is so kind and helpful, the products are just as good and cheaper than at walmart, and they offer touch free payment now so thats cool. store is just a little bit run down tho, not like cleaning could fix that

Good selection of products some I can’t find at other stores like Tullys Hawaiian blend coffee. Always good produce selection and employees are helpful. Lines can be long sometimes but I always go to costumer services if I have 10 items or less and there usually isn’t a line. They have good hours as well.

Store was very clean and well stocked, except for advertised specials that hadn't been delivered yet, not the stores fault. I gave 4 stars due to long checkout lines.

When I first moved into the area I went and there since I was familiar with Marc's. It was a major disappointment. Last summer my wife and I went in first time in 3 years. WOW! What a difference. They had gotten a new manager. Now one of my favorite stores in Chardon to do grocery shopping at.

CHARDON* I always have a beautiful experience when I go to this location. The people are so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. We were checking out of the line and my mom said I forgot my peanut butter the manager went and got it for her. The Solon location could take some tips...SOLON* The solon location had the gloves mispriced and the mean manager refused to give any of us at least one at the price they were Marked for.

They finally accept regular debit cards which is a star by itself, but the lines at the cash registers are still too long at almost any time of day. Good selection of products.

You raised the price of Clementine and you were out of orange. Worst of all you haven't trained your employees about gluten free cross contamination even though your deli now has gluten free items.
