I absolutely love this grocery store. While it is typically more expensive, the produce is always time best. They always have so many options and ingredients that other stores never seem to have. I love the fresh salad selections and various antipasti and pasta salads tbat make for great quick lunches. They also have fresh sushi that my son loves and many prepared dinners. Oh, and the wine section is extensive. Everyone is so nice here and checkout is always quick.

Do not go to this store unless you want to be discriminated against. My partner and I went to check out in Jennifer's lane at store 015 and she greeted us with a nasty attitude I'm guessing because of our appearance. My partner and I are both very alternative looking- heavily pierced and tattooed with colored hair. We stood out in the very conservative, white washed crowd they are used to. We are from out of town and have gone in to the store one other time. We liked their product and were happy to return. Jennifer had an issue with us buying beer with our out of state IDs. She consulted her book with the IDs for all the states. Her and the person from customer service sat there and gave NASTY looks to my partner while deciding if they would honor our out of state IDs. I understand protocol and was fine with them following procedures. What I was not okay with was the treatment while they were doing it. Not to mention I'm over 40 years old. Very clearly. I've worked in bars and retail and it is generally under 40 you ask for ID. But I provided my state issued DL stating my age as 41 years old and still Jennifer hassled me because she didn't like people like my partner and I shopping in this store. Duly noted. I will tell everyone not to go there as well.

Heinens has changed the cafe to a💖simple place for lunch or a coffee..we selected the great sushi specials and goat cheese with fig and an olive selection and sat in cafe area and enjoyed. No plates but we camped out with paper and plastic tops of containers were used as our serving dishes. Voila a great choice for lunch a la heinens gourmet foods that you can enjoy right in the old Cafe space

The ala carte was non existent with not much reasonable food. Cafeteria looked desserted with no service available. The store seemed to have changed in the wrong direction.

If you enjoy fresh specialty foods, check out this beautiful store! Special special special!Every section is full of beautiful displays! Heinans is a little more expensive then most basic grocery stores, but there is nothing basic about Heinans!It's classy, full of delicious options, and plenty of employees to help you!They are all easy to find, in theirKhakis and blue button down shirts! You will always find 3 employees manning each register!Amazing!

Generally a good grocery store. Staff is always helpful. Produce fresh, good meat selection. Lots of organic. Good beer and wine. The bakery is not great. Bagels are not very crispy, and they slice bread when it's still hot so slices stick together. Used to have a good salad bar, but have been too slow to bring it back. There are other choices in Chardon, but Heinen's still my first choice. Heinen's does not have liquor store on premises... Have to go to Giant Eagle or World Wines for booze.

I enjoy their products especially their fresh vegetables and fruits are just above everybody else. Is there prepared foods or excellent. Their meat selection is fantastic with some of the best steaks pork that i've seen and ever. The most important thing is the service is fantastic. Even if you're looking around they're always asking can I help you they go way above and beyond

This store was Immaculate!Our first time here. The employees all had uniforms, looked really sharp. Good selection of desserts. We got an apple walnut pie that was fresh and very delicious! 95% of customers had masks on. Customers were polite too! Excusing themselves if they were too close to you. Very impressed!

Amazing selection of high end foods and products. Pricier that most of the other grocery stores in the area but you are getting what you pay for. A lot of employees have been there since I was a child when they had the play room. The company treats their employees really well. They used to have an amazing stir fry bar and salad bar but ever since Covid it has been shut down.

Great produce, great meat, prices are a little higher but, definitely worth it. Their corn beef is very good! We love their smart chicken. It is air chilled and tastes so much better. Does not contain water. Their rewards are awesome too.

Them loading your groceries is absolutely the STUPIDEST thing I’ve ever seen. 1) you should have more than 1 person. Loading buggies 2)if you are going to make people leave their buggy, it should be in a climate control area. 3) if the person brining your groceries drops them, they should apologize, not blaming it on where the customer placed it , considering I made it to the door with no problem. 4) a lot of people are getting multiple orders, for multiple people. And it’s much easier to just unload yourself, and don’t need a babysitter.5) this store has SOME of the most rudest employees I’ve ever seen. I asked for help and got an attitude, employees just standing in isles talking to other customers and don’t move out of the way when other people need things. Twice I had to ask people them to move out of the way, why stand in the middle of an isle to chat? 6) you should have a scanner when it comes to scanning a customers phone. I shouldn’t have to reach over plastic to hand over my $1000 cell phone. THIS STORE OBVIOUSLY DON’T care if a customer returns or not.

Love this store! We visited Heinen's in other locations but so far this is the best. Large store with interesting items and great selection of food. Only minus was that their system was not working right this time, so they could not use our phone number as a member.

Great grocery store. You can load your cart, pay, and they load your vehicle with the groceries for you! Great for everyone! Excellent Meat department and deli. Many prepared food choices. Bakery is my favorite section... :)

Don't like the pull up to load your groceries. I heard no carts in the parking lot. Strange parking and traveling One Way slots. Grocery store is Middle to upper class products, hard to find items. Clean with staff friendly. I don't shop here often because of the prices.

Just called to try and order the $80 sandwich platter, the $55 artisan cheese tray, a veggie tray and a bakery tray for an office party. Planned To purchase more items and drinks in store but the person who I spoke to that work in the kitchen to take my sandwich platter order absolutely was not interested in helping me whatsoever I ended up just telling him I’ll have to call another Heinen’s or a different store and try to place my order

Employees are happy and therefore friendly. Knowledgeable department managers. Great vegan and health section. Good meats and wines. Unusual ingredients so you can cook what you see on the Food Network. Fresh and organic produce. I have fun shopping there.

First the parking at this store is weird. It is all one way angle in, which makes it very hard to find a parking place. Then there is no pedestrian crosswalk going into the store, but you have to cross the parcel pick up lane so look out and cross carefully.The store itself is easy to shop but you have to be careful so you don't get ripped off especially in produce. Organic produce items are right next to non organic of the same type so it is easy to pick the more expensive stuff. Also while some prices are similar and sometimes 10% lower than other stores others are 30% higher. They try to hide this with what looks like a deal. Three for $3.90 which is $1.30 each but that is never spelled out and you have to do the math. Other stores have the same thing for $1 each. Handwritten price signs are another way they trip you up.The store is well stocked and the aisles are easy to navigate. Things are easy to find, except for pop. That is found in the "soda" section.Everybody is very friendly and helpful, But beware you cannot take your cart to your car. You have to take a number then go to the aforementioned parcel pick up and wait to have someone bring your groceries out . They will load them in your car if you like which is nice.

Love this store....so many great finds that cannot be found at other grocery stores. Organic and vegan items are plentiful here....I love that! Delicious and high quality meats and seafood. I could just spend the day exploring all the wonderful culturally diverse foods here.
