I am just thrilled. I needed to find a chest freezer. No one in my area had one. This Chardon store was my last resort. I spoke to Valerie in appliances and another really nice lady and they helped me solve my problem. I got one of the last 2 that they had in the store. The other lady let me pay for my freezer over the phone and she sent me a confirmation email. I then picked up my freezer and after I pulled up in front of the store, they brought my freezer to my suv in less than 10 minutes! I have made purchases online at Lowes and ended up wasting a lot of time trying to pick stuff up. So, I was super impressed with this Home Depot. 😊

Staff is horrible. I bought a Christmas tree very $$$. Didn't come with all the parts. 3 trips later with the wrong parts. Returned the tree. Taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn't even give them one star.
