The only reason I’m giving a bad review right now is because of one employee in particular I don’t know her name, but I will try and find out because she has terrible customer service skills. My daughter an I ran in there really quickly about 7:53. We didn’t know I closed at 8 on but it did and all she wanted to get was a phone charger. I understand employees wanting to get out on time and I’m very respectful of that. We didn’t know they were closing. The employee in question decided to very rudely tell us we close in three minutes, which isn’t true because they’re open till eight and we had at least 7 minutes before close. My daughter went to get her charger then we came up front to check out. The same employee, very rudely and uncomfortably informed her that there was only one register open, and it was occupied by a customer purchasing multiple items by the way. No big deal we’ll wait. I understand they’re closing. That customer had an issue with an item. She got really annoyed with that customer and it was very clear which wasn’t her fault. Meaning the customer’s fault. As we were checking out, I could feel her staring at us very rudely. It just made me super uncomfortable because I know she didn’t want us there in the first place. We were in and out of there very quickly and they were shutting the doors before 8 o’clock and they locked them before eight. Hey, if we were coming there for browsing, I would’ve turned right around OK no big deal my bad but we wanted one thing and then it escalated the fact that she was annoyed with us even though I’m a customer and I paid to be there and you’re an employee that just wanted to leave and walk the doors before you guys were even closed. I’m very respectful, retail employee they worked it for a really long time but that was just inappropriate unprofessional and rude. I will be contacting corporate about her. I also hate the fact that I have to leave a bad review because I feel like people leave too many bad reviews and not enough good reviews. Honestly, the store is amazing. I’ve never had a problem and we still come back and shop but that particular way that I was treated and my daughter treated who is 15 by the way very uncomfortable situation. That is what made me leave this remark cause I couldn’t figure out how to contact corporate right away.

I went in here a few times and was in admiration of how clean & organized it is !! Also love how the people working always greet you when you walk in. Good selection of things they sell, along with good prices.

This store is absolutely amazing coming me in for a good time and have fun while shopping extreamly clean awesome worker's and always people thair to help a lot better than any other teen store I've ever been to do I highly recommend going here cause it is amazing all the way around so stop in,and I now work thair and is amazing to see how it all works

The store is always well organized even when busy. Selection is good. Staff isn't over the top friendly but they are helpful so I think that is a win.

Fresh and inviting, they’re not officially open until next weekend but are doing a soft opening this week! Many things available including a selection of Pride merchandise with “all are welcome here” rainbow door mats for $5. The name is because when it first started two decades ago everything was $5 or less but now it’s $10 or less, with most things still being $5. Perfect spot to buy a little gift for the kids or for teens and tweens to pick up some last minute threads on their way to the beach.

What has the retail world come to? After shopping with my husband and kiddos we came to the front to check out. Four teenage looking employees are sitting on the check out counters playing on their phones. I ask if I can get checked out and am told its ALL self check after a certain time??? I do NOT work at this store. I will not be checking my own items out. Left stuff on counter and walked out. My $100 sale means zilch to this place. True bummer. Will not return.

Very disappointed in service.My daughter picked a toy, it was marked $2.25. As I scanned it I noticed it scanned $3.25 and I have asked assistance with this.Associate said he cannot change, adjust or help with the price- it is company policy and they have no right - client should pay what it is scanned.Products are good, but service is bad!

Don’t come here unless you want the associates to just be sitting in the check out bag holding area on their phones. Not friendly at all. Very disappointed.

Don't really fit here in Chardon. Cool at first. Alot of cheaper items right next door to Dollar Tree. Really there isn't anything here that you would have trouble finding at Biglots, Aldi, Rite Aid, CVS, Marc's, Party Loft or one of the second hand shops. Shop local. Support Geauga County.

Everyone at the store was so kind! I have a 14 year old nephew that I had no clue what to get and they were so helpful with getting some small things for him! Not to mention the store was so organized!
