Great place to shop at, always organized and clean isles. Love the seasonal items they sell each year. The store is busy quite often but the management and employees are very kind. Tom & Jaxson made the experience more delightful.Just keep in mind that items here priced up to $ 1.25 & are no longer $ 1.00, but a quarter isn't really a big deal.

I just found out today that dollar tree stores Do not stand behind their product and offer no refunds on the product "GOLI" pills .And also offer no cash refunds only exchange on returns of other merchandise this policy seems wrong And I as a consumer refuse to shop at a place that does not stand behind their products.

I went into shop for some items I saw on a YouTube video and I like my store in chardon but they didn't have a big selection and they didn't have the things that the girl on the YouTube video had So I asked the people working there what when they get their new inventory and she said well we get it all the time but we're on medium store. is that a medium store she said yeah there's large and extra large stores and those get the better stuff. So I asked where the large and extra large stores were and she said well in Niles there's a large store and in Warren there's an extra large store so I'm going to check it out and see how better the extra large and large stores are and I'll let you know how much better they are bye

I found out that they carried frozen salmon fillets, bought them and cooked them. I was impressed with the quality.

I'm was there shopping for some household items, and there was a nice young man helping me find the items that I needed. Unfortunately this extremely rude elderly woman, who seemed to be the manager, came up and accused the man of socializing. He was being a good salesman and this woman completely ruined my experience with her disrespect. I hope that gentleman finds a better job, and I will not be returning to the Chardon dollar tree.

Store itself isnt to bad. Customer service is very poor not helpful, they were also out of helium, wouldnt help to see if another store had any. The other stores have told me the chardon location is always out and sending customers to there stores. I dont know why they didn't help check and send me to another i had to look myself witch isnt a issue other then bad customer service.

Lots of great deals and very friendly staff. Place is always clean and they always have what I'm looking for. If you haven't been to this store it's worth checking out

Best place to go. Always stocked nicely, friendly and helpful. They often carry pretty nice festive dinnerware and it's a great place for the kids to get a toy without breaking the bank.

Poor customer service skills. This is my second time coming in this store in the past week and no one greets me while i’m entering the store. Avette was the cashier I’ve made eye contact whole entering the store will not be doing business here anymore.

Love this re-opened Dollar Tree. The craft aisle is amazing! Much better selection than some of the smaller stores

This dollar tree has already improved greatly since it first open and has a great selection of holiday decorations, kids toys, snacks, and cleaning supplies.

The two cashier's that worked the evening (after 6pm) of 6-3-18 were so rude that I will never go back in the store in my entire life. I will also try to get as many people as I can, to stop going. They blatantly made cruel comments to my disabled sister. She broke down crying when we left. The two older male and female employees made completely inappropriate comments as loud as possible and embarrassed her. I will be making a formal complaint. I can't believe people that old in that area acted like children that weren't raised right. Shame on them.

I like going into Dollar Tree. I could always stay longer! Today I purchased all paper goods, kitchen baggies and Puffs. I like those bowl, dish plastic covers for storing in refrigerator.Always save $

Small Dollar Tree. No refrigeration section. Limited options compared to others I've shopped. Staff was friendly & helpful. No automatic doors for handicap.
