Having recently moved to Chardon, I've been transferring my prescriptions from Walmart Madison. There is only one phone number listed for this store and it takes you around the press one, press two block for almost 2 full minutes before saying it will transfer you to the pharmacy after which it promptly hangs up. I've tried this 4 times today. Terrible, terrible service for what should be their main business!

I just stormed out of there because the cashier (an older woman maybe in her 50's) was the most abusive and combative cashier I may have ever experienced. Luckily I had my 13 year old daughter with me to help keep my cool.....instead of being infuriated as I had every right to be, we just laughed. I will never return to this CVS!!
