Michael did an excellent job. Needed carpet pad replaced and the carpet stretched, including a seam repair, after we had water damage cleanup. He was able to get it done the same day that he came out to look at it for the price expected.

Michael was awesome! Our dog chewed out a strip of carpet in our hallway and I didn’t know what we were going to do! To make matters worse we didn’t have a scrap of extra carpet to use for the repair. Michael came out in less than a week from my original call and took some carpet from a closet we don’t use and patched it for us! It looks amazing! If you didn’t know about the patch you would never notice it. He then filled in the closet with a carpet that was a close match. Very reasonably priced and he provided us such a relief! I’ve already passed his info along to family members to use for similar issues! Thanks again Michael!

My puppy tore a couple holes in my new carpet. Michael was able to come out within a couple days to repair them. I was not terribly optimistic but I am amazed. I can't even see where the holes were anymore. If I have any issues in the future, I'll definitely call again.

I found Cardinal Carpet Care and Repair on Angi. Cardinal was the ONLY company who would come out to repair carpet. My home had baseboard heating in it when we bought it a few years ago. We decided to upgrade to HVAC system and remove the old base board heaters. This left about a 2" x 6' gap in my carpet right next to the wall in four different rooms.Cardinal was able to give me an estimate over the phone, a appointment was then set up, and the communication was on point. Once he arrived he went straight to work.His work was fantastic and he even went the extra mile for us when a little extra work needed to be done that wasn't expected.He maybe located way outside Columbus but he will make the drive for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Quality service!
