This is a typical Walmart. Not a bad store, and fairly clean for the amount of traffic that it sees. Definitely experienced way worse stores. Walmart Associates aren't overly friendly, as many have ear buds in and aren't terribly aware of their surroundings. Sadly, the largest employee seems to be the customer as there are more self checkout kiosks than the traditional check out lanes.

Every time I go to the automotive I have issues the most recent was with an disrespectful tech that said my car smell to bad to do an check on an tire seal I work 5 days an week at an factory farm no my car isn’t gonna smell like roses and lilacs and why should I be spending my day off cleaning my car spotless just to take it to get the leaking tire checked that I bought from that exact Walmart and also had issues getting it put on thx to them closing automotive center cuz of storm damage with an company that makes so much money can’t even get it own building fix quickly so paying customers can get their services when they do decide to service and not have a disrespectful attitude

Organized Store with good people. Always have what I need..... ...And this very fine SS in the parking lot was a nice eyecatcher. (Recalling the days when you could open a hood and tune your carb with a screwdriver, and set your points with a matchbook).

Had new tires put on they did get me in early for my appointment. The reason for 2 stars is doing work I never asked for or gave permission to do and charged me for it. Check out was very confusing and took forever. When I left I checked my tire pressure and all 4 tires needed about 5 psi added to each tire.

If you don't mind having any help from employees you'll do just fine here. But if you need help it's like no one works there. Even if you see a blue vested employee good luck getting their attention or help. This Walmart needs better training

Disappointed.. Bathroom was pretty gross obvious by the sheet no one even pretended to look 🤢 that smell🤮 .. oh and an employee was washing her hands as I came up to the sinks 😒

It used to be easy to checkout with less than ten items using the self service lanes. Then they replaced nearly all off the checkout lanes with three times as many self checkout points and only open four at a time so it takes you three times as long waiting for an opening. Not cool.

FRIDAY 3PM (march 8th) and few registers open lines out into the clothing !! Just left the cart. Why have so many registers and maybe 4 cashiers, and 2 self checkouts open?!!

Walmart needs little explanation. There are quite a few good deals inside, things remain MOSTLY stocked. Obviously, like anything these days, the store falls into the predatory layout trap, making it difficult to simply locate and leave with the few items you need. Still, inexpensive items of a decent quality. If you're looking to stay on a budget, start with Aldi's and follow up with Walmart with what is left on your list.Update: My latest, and so far biggest complaint is simple: I really only go in there for collectors items and TCG packs. All of which are frequently out of stock. I don't think I've ever gotten my hands on more than two Pokemon packs and I DEFINITELY haven't gotten my hands on a single LotR Magic pack. I suspect that is more of a customer FOMO issue than anything else, but still irritating.

I hate shopping here anymore. They have everything messed up. From not being able to get my shopping done because isles are blocked with big carts for people who want shopping done for them. To checking myself out while employees stand staring or flat out doing nothing but maybe playing on their phone. Make it make sense.

They have just about anything you're looking for. Prices are not bad. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the selections they have. Went looking for body lotion, let's just say, they have an aisle full of it. Happy shopping!

Well there is only way to start this post. I want to take this opportunity to openly let Walmart that going forward I will be spending all of my money with other businesses. I stopped at Walmart in Piqua, OH on my way to Eldora Speedway. I purchased several items including a 15 inch inflatable mattress for $59.00 plus tax. When I was getting ready to got to bed last night I inflated the mattress just to find out it did not fit into the space. So I very carefully let the air out, fold it and put it back in the box and was going to take it back for a refund. I went to the Walmart in Celina, OH this afternoon to purchase some additional things for the weekend and attempted to return the mattress. I was informed by their customer service counter that it is now a Walmart policy to not refund the money. If the air mattress box has been opened then you cannot return. You can purchase another mattress if you pay more that is good for Walmart but before you can leave the store with your new purchase they will open that box so that you cannot return that mattress.My problems with this I believe is very simple. There are no signs anywhere informing customers of their policy. When I purchased the mattress in Piqua no one made aware of their policy. So after speaking with a manager, Adam at the Celina store he informed me that I could call and file a complaint with Walmart corporate offices. I attempted to do that but the young lady played the I she could not hear me game when I started to explain how in my opinion the level of customer service has taken a very serious decline at Walmart over the past few months. Heck since they want to to check myself out, bag my purchases then I should be able to handle my own refund.I walked out of the Celina Walmart and left the mattress with their customer service

The nice thing about walmart is it has 3-4 registers open to handle people. The store is clean. I'm not sure whose in charge of ordering things, but they aways seem to be out of things other things they have plenty of. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if you continually see a product, to get more in. Walmart doesn't do that

Shelfs are not stocked, carts full of items that needs to be on the shelfs sitting in isle ways with no employees around emptying them. Employees filling pick up orders block the isle ways for people who are trying to do their own shopping. Prices on shelfs not correct....or items are in wrong spots??
