I do not recommend going here anymore. Until they decide to get rid of the self checkouts we will not be back there. Self checkouts are good for a few items not a cart full. I am not getting paid to ring up my own items, that is what they hire people for. We used to go weekly, as a family of 6 we spend a great amount on food and we loved the great prices but the service now is junk. I am not going to check out my own full cart while you sit on your butt and get paid. Get rid of the self checkouts or start sending our paychecks for ringing up our own items.

Good variety of products at a fair price. Most less than their patent Krogers. However checking out, no manned registers. Self Check Out only. Took way to long. Not happy about the wait.

Until a checkout lane is regularly open, I won’t be back. We love the Kroger brand items and low prices, but they don’t make up for the huge headache created by trying to use a small self checkout to ring up a huge cart full of groceries. (This has happened 3 times recently, so not basing this off of one trip.)Customer service can make or break a shopping experience. In this case the Kroger Co. has cut too many corners, at the expense of their customers.It’s a shame because prior to the self checkouts going in, I would recommend Ruler to anyone, now I would tell folks to stay away unless you just need an item or two.

I have loved Ruler for many years. I am sad that I can no longer deal with it. I have tried 3 weeks in a row, and each time, no check outs are open and self check out has been backed into the freezer section. I like their groceries however customer service is no longer important at Ruler Foods. For this I am giving them 1 star. Prior to this, I would have given them 5 stars

Not doing self checkout anymore. If you can hire babysitters to watch us, you can hire them to checkout. Wont reccomend this store anymore

I love some of the prices I can get here. Their products are almost all Kroger Brand, which is fairly high quality. I used to shop at Aldi's more but the meats and produce at rulers is a lot better. I have had issues with the staff putting cans on top of my fruit (which left a lot of soft spots) but correcting the mistake nicely worked. There are few cashier's, long lines, and you need to bring your own bags and a quarter (to use the kart).Overall this is a solid business to shop at

Very clean store, nice and friendly employees. Love that you can get points on your Kroger card. On top of that the meat is very tender and flavorful. Great experience every time I go.

Awesome prices and great selection of basic needs and foods with a little bit extra. This isn't a full out grocery store like Krogers or Walmart, but they have the necessities at ridiculously cheap prices. They are owned and operated by Krogers and most of what you find in the store is Kroger Brand, but they do have quite a bit of name branded stuff as well. Even name brand stuff is crazy cheap here. Highly recommended to anyone. Personally, we think that the majority of the Kroger Brand stuff is healthier and tastes better than name brand stuff!

Yes their prices are good but Kayla the manager is rude. The computer didn't take off my digital coupons. I went up to her and asked why and what she could do about it. She couldn't figure it out. Then I wanted to return the item. She returned it and never gave me the money. Another item the coupon didn't take so she took the $4 that she owed me and subtracted what she owed me from the other item.

We go to a couple different Rulers. The one in Celina Oh is clean, stocked and the people are very helpful and kind. The only thing I don't like about it is it has no self check out. The one in Muncie In , well don't have much good to say about that one. It's the opposite....

It is good although Aldias was a little cheaper on a couple things but Aldias is so disorganized since they remodeled! I much rather go to Ruler you can find stuff easier! Both still better then Wal-Mart they suck!

Love the prices. Selection is just as good as a Wal-mart, before the supercenter. Always available parking. I just hate that you have to bring your own bags.

This is a Kroger discount store. Last few visits, many shelves were empty (meat counters especially) Prices are usually lower than Kroger, but the store has lots of wasted space. I go there for a few items until I get to Kroger's.

Kroger overstock store similar to Aldi's love their meat prices ! Bring your own bags , they do not bag your groceries for you
