Reptiles Cages are dirty , our first time going there to see if they get crickets and won’t go back there, prices are way too high for Reptiles where you can go to Petco and get Reptiles for half price and the bird is also missing wings

This is a very nice little pet store with a large variety of fishes as well as a variety of birds, reptiles and rodents. They sell a vast amount of accessories for your pets. The employees are really nice and will teach you about your pet if it's the first time having a certain pet.

This is The Best 'little critter' store that I've ever been in. The guy knows everything about what he deals in. My son loves his 'children'. I don't know why he thinks only girls call them babies. He's into lizards and rats, and treats them well. A rat escaped and while the guys were moving the other rat to a temp home, the rat licked my son's toe before taking off again. But sitting his cage on the floor w/water bottle and the door open, worked well, as he climbed in for a drink. That Gotcha Look is priceless.

Met the owner and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer our questions. He has some amazing display aquariums that were just beautiful! Loved this pet store purchased 2 Blood Parrots. Fish were friendly and healthy. It’s been a week now and fish are doing beautifully! Would definitely recommend this store and we are looking forward to going back soon!

The employee working there today (06/28) was amazing. He answered all my questions about my sons new bearded dragon and made fantastic suggestions to replace our current lighting set up. 10/10 will be going here for our beardie care from now on!

The couple that own and run this business are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. We got both our gunia pigs from them, and we get food for our pet snake there regularly. They are always kind and low-key and remember faces. Go here for all your pet needs!!

Love shopping here! I got my 2 pet rats at this lovely little store and it is excellent. They have a lot of stuff for fish and reptiles, however I do wish they had more toys for rats and other rodents.

Place is dirty. I get it is a pet store but non the less take some pride in what you do. Also a bird in extreme distress. Seem very uncared for . Cage and bird was filthy. I tried to post pics Noone greeted us upon entering nor as we shopped. I won't be going back.

We went here to purchase Groot Bartholomew (our hamster.) The staff was knowledgeable both about the various species of hamsters and good practices for their care. Most importantly of all, they were honest: we were going to buy two, but their staff pointed out that they're solitary animals and may have trouble with each other once matured. They could have had a bigger sale, but preferred the continued happiness of their customer. We will certainly be returning here again for little Groot's future needs. ♥ 🐹

I went to Pets N More today after speaking with the owner on the phone two days ago. She agreed to take a few fish that I no longer wanted. She was very nice and helpful on the phone. When I arrived today, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the health of the birds, fish, reptiles and chinchillas. I had to wait a few minutes while the owner helped a man and his little daughter, but I didn't mind and was taken care if immediately after. I would recommend this store and I will return in the future, even though it's 15 minutes farther than several pet shops in my area. The owner seemed very appreciative of my business.

Really amazing! Wide variety of pets. Owner or Mom was especially helpful, suggesting fish for my tank and explaining why many of them died. Will return and highly HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for healthy, happy pets.

It's ok if you need to go get some food quick or maybe some chemicals for tanks....Usually go and fish have ick,dead, or most tanks empty. Employees wont stop you from buying fish that aren't compatible either. I only go occasionally for their first of the month sale where anything 9.99 and under is half off but most are still babies and wouldn't work with an already established tank

Wow. let me just say, fish abuse at its finest. Black algae, ick , the works. I’d never subject my fish to such rancid conditions. Had a label saying they cleaned the tank less than 10 days ago, so much algae and more no way you cleaned that tank maybe you took some water out and replenished it oh wow you did so much work. You should look up how to properly clean a tank before trying to own a fish store. (Most of there property is fish) Fish are a lot more work than just putting fish in a tank and taking water out sometimes. This place is honestly a joke. I’d shut this place down immediately just to clean house.

A nice little shop. I haven't kept fish in a long time, but they helped me get set up, pointing me to hardy, appropriately sized fish for my tank. All the fish I have purchased (3 corys, 5 danios and a betta) are healthy and energetic, and are very entertaining to watch.The only issue I've had is that the betta had some minor fin rot that I didn't notice at first , but with a little TLC it's been healing up nicely.Overall, I'd recommend this store over large chain stores for aquarium fish.

I was just in there today and amazed to see they have 168 tanks of fish! I spoke to the owner, and they took over this business in December of 2012. The only way I could describe the staff is "Eager to Please"

This has to be one of the worse experiences I have ever had! My daughter bought a teddy bear hampster from this store and it died within a few days of having it. She took extremely great care of the hampster however it dies unexpectedly. I call 3 days in a row before I get the owner. Then she pretty much blames us for the hampster saying she doesn't know what its living conditions were, maybe your daughter dropped it, or some other excuse and refuses to help in any way. We used to come to this store all the time but never again. I dont recommend at all.
