Be weary of going to this store! Store Manager was very rude! We are regular customers and even dropped items off for donation before. Anyways, today my husband was looking at a thermos in which it had a removable glass piece that he wasn't aware of. He opened it and glass piece hit floor and shattered. My husband accidentally broke it. He was going to pay for it since he did break it. The item was only $1.99. I personally overheard the manager talking to another customer saying my husband should have had a better grip on the item and continued to downgrade him. I found this to be very unprofessional and I was disgusted by his demeanor. It was an accident for goodness sakes. I was so upset I couldn't finish looking at items in the store because of him ridiculing and making disrespectful comments to other customers in regards to this matter! We did pay for the item in the end btw.

This is a pretty decent Goodwill. I do like that they have a selection of formal dresses (for proms even) and scrubs at this one. There aren't really price tags, so you need to watch and read the signage at the end of the rows, if it matches up. There is a small maternity section over by the lingerie and scrubs.They've also got a large array of blankets, books, toys, and decorations. There are a few furniture pieces, but not a lot of big ones, as there's not a lot of room in the smaller store. They clothes are marked with colored tags sticking out and you can coordinate those with whats on the board when you walk in as to what's on sale that day. It has a pretty decent selection of clothes as well as odds and ends. It seems that the stuff in this store is a little nicer and more well kept than most too.

This store is one of my favorite Goodwill locations. Only issue is some of the staff lacks a drive to work well with the time they're given, but other than that the store is clean and stocked well.

I dropped in to see if you had a charger cord to fit my phone. You did not, but I found a nice coffee mug with a small base to fit my car cup holder and I think it will hold 16 oz. I've wanted some thing like that.😀

I was in a pinch to get a monitor for my computer add my laptop went out last night. Found one at goodwill in celina. Bought it and hooked it up. Ran good for about 5 minutes. Go to return it and they won't give me the money back on my card. they gave me a goodwill gift card. What company sells you bad product and then won't refund your money? This is why I always avoid goodwill and will never shop there again. I hate that company to begin with because of the ceo, but I was in a pinch and they were the only ones that had what I 'needed'. Avoid them at all costs!This pisses me off too because I don't have the money to spend on this to begin with!

Giving Goodwill as a corporation one star. The people that work in the Celina store are good, kind people. But Goodwill itself, No. Goodwill doesnt provide community services or do charity work in the community. They ask for you to donate items to them that they turn around and sell for 100% profit. Donate your items to churches or charitable organizations that do work in our communities

People are rude! Priced to high for used stuff, also bought a piece of furniture and had to pick it up later that day and they sold it to someone else. Thankfully I had my receipt because they weren't going to refunded me my money.

I personally love the store! Got lots of great scrubs! I like this store better then the wapak and lima stores! Way friendlier and better selection!

This would be a great place to shop if they didn't gouge you with their prices. Stuff is donated here and it's a place that is meant to help people but it doesn't help if people can't afford to buy the stuff.

Its Deffinately become a hipster shop, but still some good guys. It funny how goodwill became exspensive all of a sudden though $9.00 for two pair of socks come on.
