Lookin for metal detector web site said they had 5 different ones available at the store. Drove 40 miles to get one and they only had 1 of the 5 and only carry 2. Wont be retuning to shop at that store again.

Usually a decent selection of what I am looking for. Disc golf items selections are getting fewer, not sure if it just getting later in the season, but needs more variety in this area. Went back this spring, still difficult to find the disc that i need, although they have some interesting options. It could just be the supply chain.

BUYERS BEWARE!! If you have shopped at Dunhams in Celina recently or plan on shopping there, BUYERS BEWARE. They double charged my debit card and I have been fighting for over a week now to try and get some sort of answer to this. Dunhams is refusing to take care of this even with proof that they did in fact charge me twice. BAD BUSINESS.

If you have ever been to a Dunham’s then you already know what to expect this one is no different.They have an overall selection of products that is both vast and made from well known highly recognizable named manufacturers.But wait, we gotta talk about the price. Unfortunately this is the reason I don’t hardly ever go there. As I mentioned, they definitely have quality products but the high prices make this a store I won’t go to unless they have something I can’t find anywhere else.

I have been shopping at Dunham's sports for a number of years and have always been impressed with the customer service. Very helpful and polite. They offer a wide variety of items to suit your needs. Everything from shoes to guns and kayaks to exercise equipment. I am an Outdoorsman big time and they have a great selection of guns,ammo and fishing equipment at very respectful prices. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. They also have a terrific line of clothes from dapper to hot weather wear. For the ladies I noticed they also have some 🔥 looking cammo outfits to impress your significant other. Just saying. Overall worth checking out.

Second day in a row going directly to the gun counter looking to purchase a shotgun and absolutely no help from either of the two employees that were managing the department. Neither one of them said anything to me when I said hello and both proceeded to walk away from the counter while refusing to acknowledge that I was there. Very poor customer service and rude employees.

Purchased a Ruger American Ranch .450 Bushmaster last Sunday. Got the gun home and is was missing the scope adjustment caps and 1 scope ring bolt. Called the store and was told they don't come with them LOL. Finally convincing that he was wrong and they were missing. I was told I need to contact Ruger but they would also talk to someone higher up and contact me in 1 business day. Even through the gun had been opened at one point and most likely those parts were lost at the store, I contacted Ruger and was told it wasn't there problem so I waited to be contacted by the store. Monday I was not contacted, finally Tuesday I called and they had not yet figured it out. Wednesday came around and they told me to come in the store with my recipe and they were going to take parts from another gun and give them to me. Great, my issue is solved but now the next guy that purchases that gun is going to have the same problem! Just don't purchase guns from them.

Their corporate policies are not the same as federal guidelines on purchasing a firearm. I have never had this problem before when purchasing a new gun.

We normally love Dunham’s but the Celina store is terrible. Several times we had to hunt down an associate to help us. Once we found someone, he seemed very unhappy to help. He sighed every time we asked a question. It was a very awkward experience.

Called and asked about availability of ammo and was told it was in stock. Immediately left and drove 20 minutes to the store only to be told that it sold out an hour ago. That timeline doesn't add up. These clowns can't get their act together. Customer service is always terrible.

Place is a joke. There’s never anyone there to help you out. Every time my wife or I need someone, we have to go looking and they are usually gathered together in one area just standing and talking. Poorly run store. Really need to re-evaluate the management.

They have some great deals on kids shoes. Went for football cleats and found what we needed.
