Every single time I go there there’s some reason why I can’t get my medicine, whether it’s not ready (even though the text came through that is it), waiting in line for well over a hour and having to leave before i’m late for other errands, them only giving me one of my four prescriptions I came to pick up, or not running insurance correctly. I try to be understanding but it’s hard when you try for weeks on end to get your medicine and you still don’t have it.

Thought I would give em a shot. Never filling my prescriptions here again. Slowest pharmacy I've ever seen and they have 5 people back there. They take 15 min do talk to each customer at drop off and ive been waiting 5 and a half hours for them to fill mine. I called them and they said they would get it ready in 15 min. Its been 30 min and when i came in they said it would take another 20 minutes. Crazy. Not doing that again. Go to walmart

Just left and I was treated terribly by the pharmacy staff. Asked if they had Allegra for Hives a new product. Told me all Allegra was a like. I Showed them a picture on the Walmart ap and told me that they didn't have the same products Walmart carries. Then said Google says. Blah blah blah. Please hire people who are more professional in working with thePublic and care about their appearance and manners. I will not use this store and could not recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is a horrible pharmacy. Always have to wait days for the script to be filled. My daughter had a script sent over last night from the ER, she has RSV and the FLU and she is two, called at 1245pm next day to check on status, lady said it would be ready at 2. They called back at 1:11 to let me know that they do not have it in stock. Why did they not let me know when i called 30 minutes before that they don’t have it in stock?? Seems like i had to call for it to be even started on?! Absolutely ridiculous, my daughter is miserable. Will only be using Walmart from now on. Shame on you CVS.

Attempted self check out using $30 of coupons/care pass credit. The credit card machine glitched. Manager says, “I can check you out behind the counter, but I can’t give you the $30 coupons right now.” Said she could get my coupons out of the self checkout machine and reset my coupons if I wanted to comeback later.2hours later I come back to a different cashier who “re-rang” up my order sitting behind the desk. No coupons in system to credit my account. Cashier called manager (who, literally, was in the same spot talking to the same person in front of the same empty shelves ). She hollers out, the care pass should be in there and other paper coupons should be in drawer. Cashier states there’s nothing in the system and proceeds to walk away from me, and my order, to help someone @ the slow, non functional self checkout. The manager continues to be laughing and talking to the same person without acknowledging my dilemma. So, I left my $95 order sitting there and left! The disrespect was unreal. Never again CVS in Celina!

This store in Celina Ohio has the absolute WORST management staff and that poor excuse for a pharmacist is also a disgrace. They're rude, slow, and their customer service is non existant... They definitely need new staff. They shortened their hours, and still can't run the drive thru. They don't post any signs, they just don't come to the window. They don't answer the phone and have an automated system that tells you that your prescription is ready and you get there, have to go inside, stand in line for 30+ minutes and then are told that your prescription won't be ready until the next day!!!I'm definitely not using this pharmacy again and will never shop at this particular store .

Came to the store, was fully stocked, smile on everyone’s face, i was a little confused on the coupon system but the cashier named Joel helped me through it and was very patient and hospitable. I will definitely be back. Dont understand why this place is rated low but done let that stop you from coming! This place is great

I had a good experience the past year I got my scripts at CVS but just recently, the in-store pharmacy is not good. I had eye laser surgery and my dr was hoping I'd get 2 doses of my eyedrops of the script he gave me. I dropped it off and was hoping I'd get it before they closed. It wasn't ready and I stopped about 10:30 am to get it. Still not ready and lady at drive thru said she'd put an expedite on it. How long can it take to put a label on a box of eyedrops? You don't have to count anything. I didn't get to pick it up until after 2 pm! My son-in-law is out of meds he needs even after they sent him a text saying it was ready and now they don't even know when it will come in!

Seriously?! I had a prescription called in before noon on monday. It is 7:15 on Thursday and they still don't have my prescription ready. It was a special order just for me and supposed to be ready by 6:55 on Wednesday night. I showed up at 6:40 on Thursday night to pick it up and sat in the Drive-Thru window for 25 minutes with seven other cars behind me. Only for a pharmacy tech to come to the window to tell me that they had the bottle of medicine in the building this morning but they now don't know where it is. Forget this freaking clown show. I just called Kroger's and had my prescription transferred. I will never use another CVS Pharmacy as long as I live. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received from a retail store. ABSOLUTE CLOWNS 🤡 🤣 😂 complete circus 🎪

Went for our flu shots. Had appointments. Went to pharmacy counter. Workers looked at us but never said a word like, "Good morning," or "We'll be right with you." Just seemed to mutter to each other about who would take care of us. Finally we were acknowledged and the person who gave us our shots did a good job. Odd experience.

Once you figure the coupons and cash back deals out, CVS is the only place for household essentials, period!

Either hire more people and pay them properly or close this store. The line for Rx pickup should not be out the front door.

Wondering why all the one star reviews? Two years ago a man tried to get a copy of his military photo but it had a copyright, so CVS couldn't give him the copy he had printed. He asked the manager to destroy it, and she did. He then lied about it, said CVS hated veterans and the military and put it on Facebook where it got shared thousands of times. He later admitted he was misleading people and deleted his whole account. I've always had timely service and friendly exchanges with the workers here. Take any review that claims this store hates veterans with a grain of salt.

I was completley disappointed with the customer service from the pharmacy staff at this CVS. I normally go through Walmart for all prescriptions due to convience and politeness from staff, however in the last month I have had to go to cvs for my daughter's mediaction due to Walmart not having it in stock on 2 different occasions. Both times the pharmacy staff was very rude and acted as if I was a nuisance for having my prescription transferred to them.. I hope to never have to return to them for medication in the future.

Horribly rude store manager who hates military veterans and tries to criminalise them with made up stories and calls the police on them if they just want to pick up a simple picture of themselves! This manager is beyond remediation training and needs to be terminated immediately and without further ado! I will not spend a single cent at any CVS until this horrible individual is terminated from CVS employment!

Great service with my prescriptions, vaccinations and they do a great job considering the huge demand in the pharmacy. While their work is hectic, they simplify my medical and medication needs, always very polite and smiling!! I have been with CVS for many years and they have been the same since day one, and I truly appreciate it. 👍💯🤗

I’m in town visiting and I had forgotten my medicine at home. I’ve never had a problem with any cvs until now but on my 5 day stay around Christmas they told me my prescription would be filled on February 6th… are they able to even accommodate for the people that live around here?

They “respect” their military. Only thing respectful you could do at this point is fire the manager that chose to make a horrible business decision on CVS’s dime. If you ask anything about it they just simply say “no comment but we PROMISE we love our military”

CVS Manager rips up Marine Corps Veteran's photo in front of his face - Celina, Ohio.Summary. I tried to get a copy of my Marine Corps boot camp photo. CVS manager rips it up, and calls the police on me and my mother. My name is Larry Regedanz, a 51 year old United States Marine Corps Veteran, and currently a high school teacher in Van Wert Ohio. When my mother asked me to help her get a copy of my 1986 boot camp photo to replace her damaged photo of me I thought it would be an easy task. I couldn't have been more wrong.I sent a scanned copy of the 33 year old boot camp photo to CVS and it met the resolution requirements for an 8x10 printout. When my mother, Linda Regedanz tried to pick up the photo she was told that it belonged to the government and was threatened with a $10,000 fine for copyright infringement. I told her not to worry about it, so after school I picked my daughter up at the YMCA then took her to get her new glasses, drove through McDonalds, and stopped by CVS to see what the deal was.The cashier was unable to find the photo so she called a manager who was also unable to find the photo. When I explained it was my military boot camp picture, the manager wasn't so nice anymore. She told me it was copyrighted. I tried to explain to her that it was a picture of me that I purchased and owned the rights to, and that I have had several copies made over the years and have used it on social media, and it's even been in the news. She said no, I can't have it. I asked where it was, since she couldn't find it. She said it had been destroyed. I asked to see the destroyed remains, she couldn't find them. I then said that the photo was in the store a few hours ago, and now it's gone, and that I was concerned since it was my photo. She eventually found it, not destroyed. When I pointed out that it was not destroyed, she held it up to my face and ripped it in pieces, smiling as she did it. I kept my bearings, and said that's nice, how about thanks for your service? Not sure why I said that because I don't really expect any special treatment as a Veteran, I didn't even use the CVS Veterans discount for the photo. I asked the Manager Michelle what her last name was. She told me it was none of my business. I asked for a contact that my lawyer could reach, because at that point I felt something needed to be done. She told me to call the VFW. I said thanks and left.At this point I was planning on contacting CVS corporate but in the meantime I was contacted by the Celina Police Department who told me the CVS manager filed a complaint on me because she felt threatened. The police officer told me that it already sounded fishy before he spoke with me as she was trying to cover her actions by filing a police report on me first, which didn't work. I had recordings of the entire incident. She also called the police on my 67 year old mother, who I later found out only wanted the photo to have it put up in honor of me on the light poles in our hometown which honor veterans. She has since changed her mind because she feels that every time she would see my banner she would be reminded of this incident.I will not be visiting the Celina CVS or any other CVS for that matter until it's made clear by CVS corporate on 1. their policy of veterans getting photo copies of themselves which they own. 2. CVS corporate’s policy on how managers interact with not only veterans but customers in general. I am still waiting to hear back from CVS corporate.

The Celina CVS is a good one. I personally have never had any issues with it. The temperature is always extremely comfortable. There is only one issue; sometimes, your pills may get mixed up. It does not happen often, but more than once is definitely cause for concern at a pharmacy, as considering that the consequences of such a mix up could prove detrimental to your health. Just make sure you have the right order and you’ll be fine.

Everyone pretty much has a veteran in their family CVS needs to fire this manager and her entitlement thinking .I'm in Texas and I wont support Cvs as my step dad was 23 yrs airforce then u.s. marshal ....cVS is like starbucks neither will get my money for their liberal ways of thinking .once it airs on tv ,and other news reporting sights CVS be a has been company ,CVS executives be prepared to close stores and loose money ,and look for another job ,but if yall just sit there and not do any actions on this michelle lmanag

My doctor had placed an order for a special shampoo to help sooth my Chemical burn a day before and my partner and I had called to see when it would be ready and they had said "Tomorrow around 4", we call today about it to find out it was put on back order and will take a few weeks to months before it arrives, like I'm sorry? Chemical burn isn't a fun ordeal to fight with, I feel horrible for the other people who have this issue with even more important medications being put on back order for so long.

The pharmacists and techs are rude beyond imagine. They don’t know the basics for insurance and drug cards and won’t take the time to look into drug card info. The techs also recommend over the counter drugs that cannot be taken with rx they are filling. I’m not sure how they have not been shutdown or have a lawsuit by now.

CVS Corporate should be embarrassed for the conduct of one of their female managers at this location, the one who has garnered nationwide attention in the way she treated and disrespected a United States Marine Corps veteran.Wise up CVS, save face and terminate this women.

Trouble with my medication always on back order for the last 4 months. But the the real problem is them LYING about them having it. I call and ask if it's ready. Yes. I ask if it's in the pill bottles for pick up their answer is yes. I ask them to check again their answer is Yes. Pull up through the drive thru window. We don't have it it's on back order. Now I have no medicine. I call my dr to get it elsewhere.REPEAT for next month. Now their back to lying again. I'm going elsewhere.!Definitely need to get new management. She don't listen all she says is you must of had a miscommunications . It's because my meds are on back order . Everything is because of back orders. Didn't want to take any responsibility.

The drive thru is normally busy and even when it is pick up time you still have to park beside the building and wait.

Terrible customer service by the manager Michelle. Will never go through the door again. Will use either WalMart Pharmacy or Schwieterman Pharmacy. Neither of those places are anti veteran. One can assume if nothing is done about the manager Michelle, then corporate shares her views.

This store manager needs remedial training in customer service and it sounds like the corporate office does too. I called to cancel my Care Card and will happily take my business elsewhere.
