Love our coton-poo puppy, Brody, from Celina Pet Center! Sales staff, take note... a new dog owner NEEDS toys, food, accessories, and a kennel. Sell! Introduce a new client to a groomer and set them up for a grooming appointment. Book! You have a beautiful facility there... don't let a sure sale or appointment walk out the door without forming a relationship!

We love the pet center. Our dog Ruger has always been some what of a grouch and is selective about who he likes and who is aloud to cut his nails. Steph is our "Go-to" and we have been driving him all the way from Cridersville for about 3 years now!

Do not take your pets here if you love them. Had my dog boarded/groomed while on vacation. One of the worst experiences I ever had. When I went to pick up my dog some how during her stay/grooming my dog had lost teeth and was terrified. We were also given back way too much food for her stay when we picked her up. Our dog is still traumatized by the whole experience. This was our first time here and will definitely be our last.

Well, let me say I would highly advise against using this business. I bought a hav a poo from them about a month ago. When it came time to get booster shots, I made an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and was told to wait outside. They were dealing with an emergency. Totally understandable. They told me to come in when I saw those people leave. In the meantime, another customer pulled up. She was told to wait in her car also. The people with the emergency came back outside and I started to get out of my car. A vet tech came out, walked up to the persons car that had arrived after me and escorted them inside despite me telling her that I was next in line. At that point, I left. I called them on the phone and asked them to explain why I was ignored. The receptionist explained to me that I should have waited. She said she was on the phone and could not tell the vet tech that I was next. I asked her to please quit blaming me for their mistake. She told me to find another vet. All that she needed to say was that she was sorry and had made a mistake.I called the manager of the business and told him this and told him that if they scheduled me first thing the next day That I would continue to be a customer. He apologized but did not offer me an immediate appointment. People that do not care about their customers do not deserve their customers. Make your own decision, but if I were you, I would avoid this business.

As far as the vet clinic goes, good people, care for the animals, knowledgeable. As far as the store/grooming side goes. Unless things have changed since my last visit. If your not pulling up in a luxury vehicle, have a last name everyone knows means $$$$, or have a service dog. Your not going to be treated very nicely.

A wonderful staff who really do a great job with my pets. Vets who are careful, honest, as well as honestly invested in the wellbeing of my four legged friends. Special mention to all of the groomers!! Thank you for handling my pitt-mix so fantastically!!

We typically bring our dog here for grooming, and more often than not, she comes out looking great and in about 1-2hours. Today, we had an appointment for 10am. After not receiving a call, we called around 1pm and were told it would be a couple of hours yet. I called again around 3pm and was told it would be an hour and a half still! We had an APPOINTMENT and feel our dog should have been seen at her appointment time, yet it took over SIX AND A HALF HOURS for her to be finished. We live an hour away yet still come here because of their quality of service, but no more. I can understand if the groomers are behind, but six hours is ridiculous. I reiterate that I called twice and was told each time it would be a couple of hours (about 2 hours). Again, we dropped her off for a 10am appointment and did not have her back till after 4:30pm! Unacceptable.

I had an emergency on a Sunday and the Dr. Came in right away. Very professional. The facility is well equipped for your pets needs. They have saved the lives of a couple of my beloved pets. If you're in the area and need anything I would highly recommend them.

The grooming part I was very satisfied with, however the boarding side of things was terrible! I put my 2 dogs in for the weekend so they would be taken care of while we were on vacation for the weekend only to learn that the dogs only get let out to use the bathroom 1 time from Saturday night till Monday morning. Also, my dogs went there with NO fleas and came back with a ton. I will NEVER take our dogs to this facility for boarding again.

The pet center is such a great place. The people that have worked there I have worked there for like ever and are super great with helping you with what you need and finding it at an affordable cost. Well, if it can be at affordable cost. They truly love their animals and they truly love giving them the attention they need. The definitely a very helpful place to go when looking for animal assistance. They do not have dogs or cats or anything like that but mostly small cage pets, snakes and reptiles and lots and lots of fish. We've purchased for guinea pigs from there and I swear that these things will live longer than I do. And tons of fish and hermit crabs, who have all been alive and well for 4 years

This place is good for shopping for bigger dog items but not smaller dogs. They do grooming here but they aren't very well trained with afraid or anxious pets. Also, they have a small windowed section where they keep the pets that are for sale/adoption but it isn't ever clean when I come here.
