Let me give the positives first:1. The food tastes good.2 This Subway accepts coupons.3. It’s in a central location in town.4. It is newly remodeled.5. Even when it’s busy, the food is prepared in a pretty timely manner.The negatives (from dining there on 3/1/24):1. Understaffed2. Customer service was not good. The 2 kids behind the counter were overwhelmed. There were 10 people behind me and the 2 employees were working on 8 online orders when we got in line.3. The person putting toppings on the sandwiches and running the register did not change his gloves after touching money. He then proceeded to put the toppings on my sandwich.I asked to buy a churro when I was paying for my sandwich. The sandwich artist told me it would be a long wait. I said ok because I was dining in and I would eat my sandwich first. I asked how long it would be and he said he didn’t know but it would be a long time because he would have to make all the orders of the ten people behind me before he could make my churro. I then ordered an already baked cookie that was very good. The customer service there, however, was not.Parking: It’s a small lot, but it has never been so full that I couldn’t park there.

This location has the best service of any subway ever been to! This afternoon, since the local university was still closed for food options, I decided to get Subway. Within my online subway order I got myself a cookie and in the notes I said "if you can extra cookies are greatly appreciated!"A few minutes later I walk outside to go to Subway and it is pouring rain and 36°f. But when I got there soaking wet, I was surprised to see a bag full of cookies! That made my day! Thank you, Subway!

The restaurant is kept nice and tidy with a pleasant atmosphere. I've been multiple times and all the different staff I've encountered have been friendly. Some even joked around with me. Food is typical Subway food, which personally l enjoy a lot.The one downside is that they only play country music, so if that's not your jam maybe just get your food to go lol

I specifically asked before I ordered about combining two 6in sub together since they were the same price. The girl working said it was fine. Then when I went up to pay she made me pay extra for them as if I was buying two separate 6 in subs. Also I asked that I’ll have 2 separate transactions, but when I went up so didn’t do that for me. When I asked about it she said there’s nothing she can do about. What kind of service is that?? I should’ve just walked away.

Brought in a baby and a 3 and 5 year old on my lonesome, something I rarely do anywhere. The staff was super patient and even gave the kiddos halloween candy and opened the door for us as we left. "Subs" is an event for my kids, I dont know why it's so exciting for them but it is... so glad this location is open.

This is a really great place to stop after a day of hiking when you want to grab a quick bite. The staff is very friendly and they wear their masks. Thank you for keeping us safe.

Found hair in my food. Called to tell them about and did not even offer a sorry. Also did not even get my order right. The manager/owner was not friendly at all. Not the first time with issues of this place.

It can get busy around lunch and dinner, but they are usually pretty quick! I have never had any issues with the food and the employees are friendly and seem happy to serve.

Ok look I know y’all are trying but every time I’ve gone the bread is so stale I can’t eat the sandwich. If you don’t have the customers don’t make so much bread, it’s just not worth it’s man. Like straight up this sandwich is unenjoyable, just the facts man.

Food was good. The Cedarville Subway lost business while we were there, a family walked out. Seems perpetually understaffed.

This is the second time we have went into subway and they said they don’t have any white bread. Pretty sad when there were two racks of white bread sitting there. The first time they said it was for a catering and they only had wheat, but they served the people behind us white.

Typically this place gets a star review from me but on 03-08-2020 this location shut down at 9pm when they normally close at 10pm. I was not happy.
