Very cute little coffee shop in Cedarville. Dog friendly with some outdoor seating near the front door. Their back patio / porch is closed indefinitely. The staff was great, the coffee was excellent and the food was good. Only downside is street parking but it's worth it :)Give it a visit!

Adorable coffeehouse in downtown Cedarville. Within walking distance of Cedarville university. Very nice staff and their drinks are divine. Just the right amount of flavor and sweetness. My favorite coffeehouse in town.

Reallllyyy nice space. I used to study here all the time in college & I just love the vibes of the place & the people bustling around town. It’s changed hands since then, but the spirit of the place is still wonderful. They do coffee well. I loved their Ethiopia pour over & they pull good shots. Not a big fan of the sugary flavored syrups - I definitely prefer in-house made flavorings. Also, their sweet drinks are suuuuuper sweet. Too sweet for me. But their bare bones coffee is great!

One of the best local coffee shops in Cedarville. I have been here many times and the staff, specifically Becka, is very friendly. Prices are okay and affordable. They have sandwiches here! One more thing, there is a door at the back where you can go down the stairs to some tables in a patio that's located just above the creek! Awesome!

I really love fun creative things when it comes to food. I also really love Harry Potter, so when I saw that this was the drink of the month I got pretty excited. We no longer live in the area, so when we came in for Cedarville homecoming I knew I wanted to try this. I didn't get to try anything else on the menu, but this was super fun and delicious (my husband let me get a break from the kids so I could enjoy it with some peace). If you're looking for a nice place to study or to try some fun quirky new flavors (or just a quiet mom alone time), this is a good place to go!

Great coffee shop. Had pour-over 4 days in a row here and it was really good. Others in our group had many different coffees and were all happy. Thank you Orion!

I've had a French toast bagel and a blueberry bagel and both have been satisfying. My son loves the vanilla milkshake and the red velvet one (for me) is excellent.

Very cool Coffee Shop in Cedarville, although I’ll never understand the name change from Stoney Creek Roasters, considering they are right on a creek with amazing seating on a deck overlooking the creek! Quaint environment with plenty of seating for a group! Get their pour over, it’s the absolute best! Their prices are on point, and I’d choose them over a Starbucks any day!!

Telemetry is a fun spot. I first heard of it after purchasing a box of Third Wave Water. Since I grew up nearby, I decided to stop in the next time I was home.Given how niche and nuanced Third Wave Water is, I thought I might be wandering into some kind of crazy detailed coffee lab. Admittedly, in my head I questioned whether a small town like Cedarville could support that concept. I'd say my expectations were mismatched.I came for a pour over, ideally a nice light roast like an Ethiopian. The staff was a little surprised, as in the person who took my order had to ask someone else if they did pour overs at all as it appeared to be an uncommon request (to be fair, they're not on the menu). They happened to be out of V60 filters so no dice there, and instead I had a french press of their Ethiopia Sidamo. It was okay — a bit dark for my taste and ground like espresso, too fine for the french press, so the cup had a lot of soot-like coffee particles. The FoamAroma lids were a nice touch. This is the only coffee shop I've seen them in outside of Seattle.Another awesome aspect is the view from the back porch where you can sip your coffee and listen to the relaxing water roll by from a small stream.I sat there for a few hours on my laptop and most people ordered drinks like frappes or food like the panini sandwiches which looked good and there were about a dozen different ones available. Prices are very reasonable. It's definitely a mainstream small town crowd. After trying it for the first time, I'd classify Telemetry as a local neighborhood coffee shop or coffee house with mass appeal and not really third wave. If you're looking for a nearby third wave style coffee shop, I'd recommend visiting either Press in Dayton or Warehouse 4 in Vandalia. Overall, I know that the owner, Taylor, is knowledgeable and talented when it comes to coffee and Telemetry in my opinion is very catered to the local market — if he did a slow bar or opened a more experimental shop, I'd definitely check it out.

Best coffee in Greene County. I've been going here through their last couple name changes. The outdoor seating in wonderful in the summer--shaded and overlooking the creek. Perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a coffee. The one drawback is that they don't have any real food to speak of, so it's pretty much just a beverage (and maybe one of their baked goods, which are okay).

Coffee was excellent. I took home a couple of bags of the Christmas roast and had an Amercano. I think they need a few more snack items like clff bars or nuts since they didn't have any gluten free options on the muffins. The people that worked there were nice.

First time there. Absolute best decision. I had a smoothie that was the greatest. The employee that assisted is was a joy and very helpful. The muffins are fresh and my wife has the most delicious turkey on a bagel. Definitely will be visiting this place again!

—— edit: ——the barista is cute———————Ah Telemetry. The good times that have been had, the memories that have been made, the exams studied for. Telemetry has the perfect atmosphere for studying or just chilling with friends. Perfect for deep conversations and light hearted hang outs. The outside patio is beautiful during the summer. But above all, the coffee is excellent. Their specialty coffees are delicious as well as the drip brew.

My wife and I visited Yellow Springs and were looking for good coffee. This place came up and we thought, "what the heck, the name sounds cool." Good Lord almighty... what amazing coffee. They were brewing their Kenya roast. WOW!!! I have never had such flavorful coffee. They really treat their beans with respect and allow the subtle flavors to shine through. The place is very laid back and relaxing. We bought 7 pounds and took it back home. We will be ordering more online. Thank you Telemetry Roasters!!!

Amazing coffee! The service is great and you will always see a smile when you walk in. The baristas are very nice and wont mind have a quick conversation while making your top notch coffee. The atmosphere is great for 5 hour study sessions to a quick meeting with a friend or coworker.

Considering coming here? My suggestion: definitely do not miss.Local roaster that deserves to be treasured. Amazing location, with a back patio that open up with views of the creek. Coffee is masterfully roasted, having tried both espresso and their drip coffee. Hand made bake goods allows you to add just the right treat to your coffee respite.

The coffee here is amazing, and the baristas are really knowledgeable. The seating isn't amazing, but if it's a nice day the back deck is awesome. Best serious coffee in the ville, and if you need fresh roasted beans at home, this is your spot.

Orion has a nice atmosphere and great decor! It's very cozy. Sometimes their staff can have poor time management or be a little rude, but their coffee is very tasty.
