RR 43 Auto provides excellent source and follow-through on hard to find VW parts. Original part rec’d was faulty and replacement part was shipped next day (to my mechanic) which was installed & works fine. Highly recommend company for top service and business practices!! Will use again.

Drove all the way there from Toledo for a transmission that turned out to be broken and they would not work with me on a price for. They lost the other transmission that I originally called about that had lower mileage. Owner was very rude and rushed me out because of a golf outing.

I called ahead and they set aside a used rim for me. It was a good price too. Friendly and courteous throughout the whole interaction. The guy I interacted with also gave me the tip to request to keep the sensor from my damaged rim: could save me $50 in the future.There were no problems with getting the rim mounted by a mechanic. If it ends up having problems I will edit this review. But they told me if I had any problems I could return the rim.

Went out there for an oddball dealer part for the girlfriends mazda, they not only had it, but for a great price as well. Nice, friendly people. Watch the big dog though, it's a teddy bear but will steal your gloves in a heartbeat.

Great customer service Linda and her husband were very friendly. This is the only stop you need to make when looking for vw eurovan parts. Can't forget to mention coy whoWas very helpful in finding some of the parts we needed check em out.

Customer service very friendly and helpful. Needed a hard to find eurovan oil pan. They got it to me pretty quick. Only bummer is it has a crack need to get it repaired. Feel like I paid a decent amount for part that needs repair, they didnt have another one to swap it with, and didnt want to split the repair cost of having someone weld aluminum. Best if you can pick up in person to inspect part.

And it was not Authentic...i message the seller to return the item and would not give me my refund back...and starts to block me on social media to stop the communication...and i have a confirmation from the roland sands design conpany that the item is a replica item...
