My sweet boy is very nervous due to being extremely mistreated at another establishment. They got frustrated with him, and instead of finishing his groom, threw him in a kennel. He got kennel cough, had the worst panic attack I've ever seen, and acted like he had been hit. I have never laid hands on my dog, so he was extremely shaken to have been treated with violence. It took a couple vet visits and a lot of pampering at home to get him back to his happy-go-lucky self, although he still displays anxiety when the vacuum/blow dryer is turned on (this leads me to believe the previous place hurt him while trying to dry him). As you can imagine, I was terrified to get him groomed anywhere for a while.Pampered Pet has been our saving grace ever since the incident. They are now the only ones I trust him with! When I come to pick him up, he's cheerful, happy, and clearly in good condition. He smells and looks absolutely fantastic, he gets a cute new bandana every visit, as well! The pricing here is super affordable and they offer an array of services! My boy gets 2 desheds a year with maintenance grooms in-between, and they do wonderfully with him every time. They are so friendly, tolerant, understanding, and kind towards my boy. Which is all I could ever hope for, especially since he's been through what he has. I would recommend this place to anyone! I am so glad to have found Pampered Pet!

If I could give 1 million stars I would! I have a very fearful Jack Russell with gnarly nails. Trips to the vet for nail trims are pure hell. I took him in today for a nail trim here. Not only was it ridiculously reasonably priced but the girls in there were absolutely amazing. Jax wasnt upset at all, in fact came out with a wagging tail! Thank you ladies! Signed, a new customer for life!

These ladies are amazing! I brought my 5 month old pitbull puppy in to them. He has an extreme fear of getting his nails trimmed. They were absolutely amazing with being so calm, understanding, and compassionate with my baby. They made what could've been a terrifying experience for my Zeus, so much better/easier. Thank you for your kindness and I can't wait to bring Zeus back.

So happy to find a groomer for a Great Pyrenees and the bonus is they were great.They took their time and gave their patience a work out I'm sure on one ton of pyr hair. Cotton was happy and relaxed when I picked her up and they cut Gatsby's nails without an appointment. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back

These ladies know what they're doing! The made our (timid) anatolian shepherd feel calm. When we came back to get her, we could tell she was not upset. And, of course, they did an excellent grooming job on her. She looks, feels and smells great!
