This store is a joke and should not be open. When I ate there it was a bunch of teenagers talking loud and yelling at each other. And my chicken nuggets came to me looking old as ever and barely warm . Sh le said the grease is getting old but that she can make me some more then walked away . I honestly can't believe how I was treated and ended up going to bed hungry that night.

This place really needs to train their staff better. It is constant that my food is always incorrect or buns are stall/hard a rock. I finally just had it and decided to write a review in hopes the owner will take notice. The short stubby lady at the pick up window was unapologetic & began to argue with me when I went to hand the burger back. I just got irritated and drove off. I don’t want a refund or anything in return as I will not be back but the owner should be aware of the team he has working there/ representing his company and be more cautious of ones that may have food allergies.

This is not just one single experience of bad service. This place consecutively hires rude and under qualified employees. As of about 6 months ago I will only go there for sweet tea because I can get it myself. I figured ,how could they mess that up. Sure enough I go to poor some sweet tea and nothing comes out, long store short took them 36 minutes to get them to do there job and fill the sweet tea container. I can't even believe how incompetent these people are.

On January 25 at 415 we went through the line for just a Frappe and we waited a good 30/45 minutes just to get to the window and deal with the rudest girl and the manager wasn't any better. There was a third worker who followed along with the attitude as well. If I'm paying $5 for a coffee, I do want it made right. And the speed... omg. I've never seen workers move as slow as they were just to make a coffee. Respectfully, As a McDonald's employee myself, I was EMBARRASSED! Do better.

Went through the drive through I was not aware that taking a order was so hard but I guess it is was missing hash browns got told I would have to go back around because it wasn't on the screen and I couldn't pay up there which is a lie because you don't run to the back for dining room people. There was no way I was letting my food get warm so we went to taco ! We will only be going to tbell or Wendy's from now on because they hardly ever mess up

Was told fryer oil can’t be changed only one is working and the lady taking food out to people in drive thru after they wait 5 minutes at a time is eating fry’s out of warmer and not once has washed hands

I did a mobile order so I didn't have to communicate lol. I order the 5 dollar 4 piece meal. Supposed to be fries, drink, nuggets and a McDouble. They came out with just nuggets and fries. I had to stop the gentlemen who brought it out. He wasn't mean but he definitely didn't care. He said oh my bad ill be right back. I told him I needed my sandwhich and sauce. After a few moments he came back out eith thr wrong sandwhich so I followed him in.... finally got my sauce, sandwhich and drink... the whole time I was very cool and calm telling him no worries, yet he still didn't care very disappointing as I love me some mcds.

This McDonalds is the worst and the owner should take notice. They mess up my order at least three out four times resulting in food wasted and thrown away. The employees and manager cannot seem to understand that a quarter pound “hamburger” does not have cheese on it. Even when the cashier rings it up correctly, it will almost always come out with cheese. The time I waste going back through the drive thru is beyond annoying. Fix the problem or I’ll just stop coming back. I’ve heard similar from other people with your breakfast orders. You’re wasting food, money and customer patience.

I've gotten a McChicken patty no McChicken. A bacon egg and cheese bagel and morning shift only put bacon on it. A deluxe crispy chicken but they didn't put on the tomatoes. How hard is it to just put three ingredients on a sandwich???!! This place has gone downhill so bad and it's like the owner and employees don't even care. Honestly disappointing. I don't think I will ever get anything from here again.

The app overcharges you when using the deals. I applied a buy one get one free deal, but my card was charged full price. The store won't refund the money since it was an app charge error, and reaching out to app admins through the help section hasnt gotten a response. Their breakfast is NOT worth the price they charge for it. For that price, could have eaten somewhere nice. Wont make the same mistake again.

I got a fish fillet meal with sweet tea in the food was good and fresh and hot in the tea was good. The only thing was I did not get the ketchup that I asked for. But overall everything was really good.

We waited 15 minutes for 10 sausage biscuits. After about 10 minutes I went in to find out what the hold up was and was greeting with an attitude. We asked for honey with them and got 2 packs. 10 sandwiches..2 honeys

Frequently forgets utensils, sauce, ketchup, straws etc. Usually have to wait even if you're the only person in the drive thru. Worst service ever.

Sausage egg cheese biscuit, I asked if this was fresh when I ordered 2 got home had to throw away the edges of the biscuit because they were hard again. I'm done, will not buy from them again! Don't appreciate being lied to and this is not the first time. !!!
